Got refused without reason
Got refused without reason - tried another company and got approved straight away. I met all the eligibility criteria with Fuze according to their own terms and conditions... they wouldn't explain why. Ridiculous waste of time. Feels like they are just harvesting personal data for identity theft.
Further to their ridiculous response below: I also tried to call them AND send an email and got no response on either, so for them to say they responded via the web chat makes absolutely no sense. The system asked me after 5 minutes whether I wanted to leave my email and get a response that way as there was nobody available to chat, which I did, and never received a response... so now I know for sure they are liars.
I would just avoid this company at any cost. Whatever grounds they truly had for refusing the application can only be discriminatory if it wasn't an excuse to harvest my personal data.

Not good value
Decent options and good customer service, but appalling value for money. Once you add on delivery and collection charges the costs of using an using an entry level vehicle for a month becomes hugely excessive. Wouldn't recommend and wouldn't use again

I can’t write a more glowing review of…
I can’t write a more glowing review of DriveFuze. I was a little sceptical, probably like many, of car subscriptions given I have had bad experiences in the past with rental companies and rip off charges and fines. Also as it’s a fairly new concept in the car hire/lease industry. But I was desperate for a car just for a couple of months before I move abroad. I did my research on all the companies and decided on drive fuze having seen bad reviews about onto and others. The whole process was seamless and transparent, even more surprising given they are a fairly new company. We didn’t have a single issue in the 3 months, we had to ring them up a few times about adding my partner to the insurance and other queries and got through every time almost straight away to speak to someone who couldn’t be more helpful, different person each time. The guy John Williamson that dropped off an picked up the car was so nice, very clear with what he was inspecting and gave good advice about keeping the car in good condition. When we handed it back he clearly showed his feedback and it took only a few days for them to approve my full deposit back. Car subscription is a little on the expensive side but with a company like drive fuze where there is piece of mind knowing they aren’t out to rip you off and when there’s full transparency on the cost it is totally worth it. I will certainly be using them again!

Read their T&Cs thoroughly
I tried to use the company, but found in the small print of the T&Cs a list of professions that they won't do business with. Unfortunately I work for a company that provides services to the Gambling Industry so they won't do business with me.
TBH I'm shocked that they would have such a policy, I could work in IT in the office next door, leave the car at home at in the same place overnight, make the same journey and park in the same space in the office parking spaces and be ok to use the service.
It's mind blowing that a company would operate in such a way and I wonder if they would have told me had I not read through their (pages and pages of) T&Cs.
Advice would be to read through all their T&C as you may find you've inadvertently gone against their rules with out knowing so, as I've never seen a list of professions that a company wont deal with before (apart from comments about illegal activity which gambling obviously is not).
edit.
many thanks for your reply. whilst I understand you're bound by your insurance company, I don't understand why in this day and age it would be something that an insurance company wouldn't provide? (your competitors dont have such restrictions). Is there data to dack up that I'm going to drive irresponsibly if I work in a highly regulated industry like gambling.
I clearly stated to your operative that I worked for a gambling content supplier not a gambling company, however was still told no. please provide a direct contact for you so I can email you should you wish to look at if you can insure me or directly email me. you have my email in the conversation I've already had with your support where they told me they couldn't help me (I'm sure there haven't been that many over the last few days about this)

Much better than renting a car
We returned from USA to UK after 3 years away and had to spend loads on our house to get it back to a good level, so did not have the funds to purchase a car just yet because of the competing priorities. So we were doing adhoc short term rentals for 1 week at a time, this works out very expensive.
A great experience, no big deposit at the start of the lease, they drop the car at your house and collect it from there too, they also handle the servicing and insurance. Staff are very friendly and respond to queries quickly and clearly. So far so good, no complaints. The car was brand new with only 600 miles on the clock too.

So because I am disabled I am excluded from renting with you.
Enough said!!
The worse car rental experience of our lives
We rented an EV car for two months, asking specifically to use it in Europe, for which there was an extra charge, and it has been the worst rental experience of our lives. Starting with the delivery of a muddy car, we realised before leaving for Dover that the car had no V05 documents to travel abroad, with the risk of the car traveling illegally in Europe. We called Drivefuze, and they apologised for their "inexperience". The delay in receiving the V05 after we did notice the mistake made us miss the booked ferry; we had to wait five hours and organise picking up the V05 on the motorway to Dover, with huge stress. The delay with the V05 documents caused additional costs due to the delayed departure, including an unplanned overnight hotel stay in France. To reach the final destination on time for a family funeral, we needed to catch a fast train in Bologna; otherwise, we would have missed the funeral.
The car had been scratched, before leaving, close to our home in the UK, we immediately called DriveFuze and sent pictures of the damage, for which we were happily paying.
When the rental period finished after two months, Drivefuze sent a man to collect the car one day earlier than agreed via email. We returned the car, which, apart from the scratch we had reported and some minor wear and tear, looked to us to be in very good condition after the agreed 3000 miles of usage.
After a few days, we received a bill of over £1200 for "damages"(almost doubling our rental costs). This was justified by a series of pictures taken at a garage after the car had been recollected from us. We had no control over whatever could have happened since we gave back the car keys and the moment the pictures were taken in the remote garage and the damage was assessed. Some of the damage was something we had never noticed, and believed was not caused by us. Also, the charges were almost twice the agreed insurance excess of £750. We believed that £750 would have been the maximum we would have paid, but we were told that the excess applies only to a single event/damage, not to multiple small ones.
We paid everything and felt there was no way, as customers, to control the applied charges. This has been our worst rental experience in our lives. These things happen in life, but they can be useful learning opportunities for the future. We will never ever use DriveFuze again, as a customer can expect blunders, they made many, and he can be charged anything for damages that are assessed far from his control after returning the car. No matter how low the initial prices might seem, and how polite the customer service can sound at first, we realised this was nothing else than the start of a very expensive nightmare

The perfect subscription company
Faultless and brilliant customer service and such a smooth process in getting the subscription up-and-running and the vehicle delivered as planned.
I'd had a subscription with another company who decided to pull all their cars back, so after being put in this unwanted situation, Drivefuze certainly came to the rescue!
Thank you to all and hopefully my new go-to subscription company.
