I ordered a projector on the 26th November and my tracking has been stuck since the 6th December and says ‘please allow 24 hours’ I’ve tried contacting them using their email address and query option with no response. I don’t mind if the delivery is later than expected but I’d like to know that it is actually coming and when it will arrive.

Placed an order on the 30th November was told it’s on its way tracking number I was given doesn’t even give me anything or any dates to go by I’ve emailed numerous times to try figure out what’s going on with my order with no reply! Says they have a dedicated team not so dedicated when people are waiting for Christmas presents I know Royal Mail are striking but to not have any info on the order is down our rude! Not In my spam folder as I check that regularly

5-11 day delivery?? What a joke. Ordered 23 November. Royal Mail says it’s being “prepared” my email from “Jake “says it’s been despatched and on it’s way”. Who’s lying? Ordered 2 with 2 free screens as Christmas gifts for my daughters. Shocking way to run a business. Have I been scammed ?

I placed and order and payment wS taken on the 26th November. Since then I haven’t received any email or product ordred. I have sent emails and haven’t had a reply.
I want an immediate refund!

I ordered a projector on 6th December with free screen. Payment cleared and did get confirmation email saying I will receive a further email when item has been shipped. I have not received this email. I’ve emailed customer service 3 times with no replies. Very bad service and my daughter is now without a Christmas present

I placed this order a week ago, the delievery time is 5-11 days and I still not received any confirmation email or tacking number.. I tried to send them two email but no answer from them.. I feel like robbed… I don’t think I will receive my projector

Ignore the 5 star reviews they are all fake. This Dripella is a SCAM and they should and be reported to authorities. Like the others, ordered a projector via their ads and there was no shipping number or tracking at all. Emailed and contact their customer support and did not get any response. Basically just stole $70 USD from me.They should be reported and shut down.

Half my order didn’t arrive and the projector is crap and doesn’t work. Trying to return but Dripella don’t reply to emails, webforms or Instagram messages. I want my money back!!!

I ordered the mini projector as a Christmas present for my son on 18/11/22. All seemed well as I had a tracking number, confirmation email and a date of delivery. Had an email stating parcel had been delivered along with a photograph as proof of delivery. Only I didn’t receive my order and the photograph was unrecognisable (just a pile of parcels in a place I’ve never seen before) I contacted Dripella on Monday to report this. We are now Friday and still no response. I am £50+ down with no order and no communication as to what is going on.

I ordered a projector on 28/11/2022 it is written the delivery is 5 to 11 days. The payment is cleared on my statement but I received no confirmation email. I have since emailed them couple of times with screwnshots but no response has been received. I would advise everyone not to order from them. I have lost 60£ to them. They have very poor service and communication. And Dripella if you're seeing this my order no is DI3NANFF3.

I bought 2 of these (with 2 free screens) but they have provided no tracking. I got one reply saying they were with the carrier but they had no tracking yet and would send it through very soon - I have had 2 further emails ignored (I asked if the orders had been sent together) and I have had no answer, and no tracking still. I have sent a further 3rd email today. Most likely these won't arrive in time for Christmas (one is a present). Wishing I had listened to the other negative reviews before I'd spent so much money on these.

Edit: I have now received tracking links but I suspect these won't arrive until after Christmas :(

I’ve ordered my the projector along with other items, and paid for priority shipping but it’s been over the 4-9 day limit. Haven’t received a single update after the confirmation email either. I tried reaching out, but after reading other reviews I don’t know when I should expect a response. The product is advertised nicely, but I wouldn’t buy anything unless you’re comfortable with waiting possibly an unknown period of time.

I have ordered a projector from dripella as a Christmas present for my son! The money has been taken from my account but no email to say it’s been dispatched or any tracking info, I have emailed 3 x now and not even a response from anyone! Very disappointing

It has been 10 days since I have ordered and I haven't had any update on shipping and they have not been replying to my emails.

Not good service. Ordered my mini projector on the 28th November and no updates on the shipping or no replies to the emails I’ve sent them. I will have a very upset son who won’t be getting one of his presents that was on his list

I’ve been waiting for my order since the 25th of November and I’m still waiting I need my order and it’s not coming there not replying to my emails and not sending me my order tracking number if you see this dripella pls send me my tracking number and tell me when it’s coming

So I ordered the Mini Projector on 14th November. Got the order confirmation and thought great it will be here ready to give to my daughter for a Christmas Present. Waited and waited and nothing. Emailed the company and they said it's been shipped. Checked tracking and it's been at the sorting hub since 29th November. Emailed the company, nothing, waited again guess what, nothing. Maybe it will arrive for Christmas......2023l Wish I'd read these reviews before posting with my money.
