These teas are amazing! I have been using them for months now and the results are incredible!

As a girly who struggled with sleep constantly, the slumber shanti has sorted all of this out and now I stay asleep and get a full cycle in! The blissful buzz has helped with my energy levels whilst supporting my ADHD and PCOS. I have reduced to one protein coffee a day now! Would recommend to anyone looking for a natural way to feel more themselves!

I tried the teas the first time and I’ve ordered again. They are refreshing and relaxing.

I’ve been drinking the hormone happiness religiously every single morning before my breakfast and omg! I’ve seen such a big difference in my cravings throughout the day! It really does help stabilise your blood sugar levels! Plus it tastes pretty nice and sweet! My period has also regulated since I’ve been drinking these- I’ve gone down from a 32-36 day cycle to a 28-30 days!!!

These teas are nothing short of amazing. I struggle with PCOS and was looking for a tea to slow down the hirsuitism, manage my mood swings, and keep me energized thru the day. I've been having hormone happiness and blissful buzz for around 3 months now, and I can confidently say there are so many wonderful changes. I have good gut health now, I feel mentally clearer, and my mood swings are not nearly as extreme. oh also, my chin hair grows back thinner and slower now too!

I don’t actually struggle with PCOS but, their teas are delicious and are also thoughtfully crafted with ingredients known to support hormonal balance and overall well-being. I absolutely love all 3 Shanti teas! The Blissful Buzz is amazing for midday fatigue. I was actually shocked at how much energy it gave me! Slumber Shanti has really helped me unwind and get to bed earlier which has always been a huge struggle for me. These have been a complete game changer!

I definitely recommend these to everyone out there!! I’m not normally the best when it comes to drinking teas but since trying all of the variety of teas that drink shanti have I am OBSESSED and I get so excited about drinking them everyday and have now become part of my everyday lifestyle!! Also can I just say with the slumber shanti you have the best sleep 😴 They all taste amazing so it’s very hard to pick a favourite.
