Broke after year and a half
Initially morning machine was all we had hoped for and even better. IT is over engineered and broke soon after the warranty period. Looks like leaking o-rings. The company is charging to fix them the same it costs to get a new one. Effectively it is like buying a new machine every year and a half.

The morning machine is excellent
I think the morning machine is brilliant especially when linked to the app. The number of recipes for the range of coffee roasters is excellent.
Add to that one can buy a variety of capsules from all over the world which makes for some interesting experiences.
And it can brew tea pods too.

Very helpful customer service team
Had a question about how to brew the best tasting profile of coffee for a party I was organising and the customer service team was very helpful with their knowledge sharing. I ended up purchasing a couple of their most-popular coffee capsules. Would love it if they had a storefront!

Morning offers the best capsule machine I have ever experienced.
They also have a huge variety of specialty coffee capsules and drip bags all in one place.
Furthermore the Morning machine can be controlled via Mobile App, so you can brew your coffee even if you are not standing right next to it.

Horrible customer service
My order was incorrectly fulfilled, takes weeks for Morning store to sort out their incorrect fulfilment. I received their machine by mistake, got into trouble with delivery services. Contacted the store, instead of promptly resolving the issue, they asked me to purchase the (pricey!) machine which I never order in the first place. After that they had an audacity to ask me to prepare the delivery labels myself, instead of promptly sorting out the return of THEIR mistake. Who will compensate my time and effort? No one.
Purchase anything here at your own caution. The product is good, the customer service is garbage.
