Good delivery and price, falls short on taste
Delivery was fast and products arrived undamaged. Problem is the taste. I am a huge fan of hard seltzer but the flavours of all three available cans were disappointing to say the least. They taste like cheap low quality artificial sweets.
Can’t complain about the price though, and the calories.

Hi Mildred, it's a shame you didn't like the taste profile of our drinks we do understand that we can't suit every palate and do appreciate your feedback.
Our drinks are 100% natural. Unlike some of the other hard seltzers, we do not have preservatives or sweeteners to boost the flavour.
Second time i've ordered in the past…
Second time i've ordered in the past week. So I was happy with the product. But the second time, what was meant to be next day delivery has now been 4 days and counting.

Thank you for your review of our business. We are a small British company working hard to establish our brand. We try our best to send out all orders for next working day delivery and most arrive within that timeframe. We have checked on your order and unfortunately DPD did not collect it from our warehouse on Thursday, despite the team processing the order and having it ready. The order was collected on Friday instead, and with it being Bank Holiday, the next working day becomes today. The drinks are scheduled to be delivered today in a one hour slot from 2pm.
We can only apologise that you were not able to enjoy the drinks over the bank holiday weekend and hope this does not stop you from ordering in future with us.

Haven't actually tried them yet BUT they were delivered super speedily and I think are such a good price compared to other hard seltzers on the market!

Absolutely delicious!
I switched to drinking Hard Seltzer about a year ago and have tried a lot of brands and Island Bay is definitely up there with my favorites!
Their customer service is outstanding. After a slight mix up with my order they responded to my email really quickly and resolved my problem fast and efficiently.
Not only am I super impressed with their service but the product quality is amazing too! Very reasonably priced unlike some others on the market! Their alcohol content is slightly higher yet the taste is so light and refreshing with none of that sickliness or alcohol twang like you get with some of the others. It's hard to chose a favorite flavor as I could happily drink all 3 all night long.
If you're looking for a tasty true hard seltzer from an excellent company then look no further! Big thumbs up from me!

I'm sorry but I never received this order. I have been at home all along, and nobody knocked on the door to deliver. I then got a text from someone claiming to be the Royal Mail asking me to pay extra to arrange a new delivery time, requiring that I input a raft of personal details. Such a waste of £36, and a shame because I thought you were a decent company
