Delivery take 1 hour 40 minute to deliver the order and when i record the complain customer service told me that there is no store near me and the order should be delivered in 2 hours , while my previous order take only 20 min. , the distance between the store and my home dont exceed 40 min by anyhow , this is not professional by anyhow no one can wait for 2 hours to have his order
I multiple sixpacks of beer via the website. After the beer was not delivered within the agreed time frame,it was no t possible to contact the team at all through the website. E-Mails were not answered or terribly late. I eventually downloaded the app, in which I could not login to with my website credentials and found a phone number to call. After creating a new account and calling around 10 times someone picked up and I was told that the order was not in the system but they can still refund me. Apparently, it was not possible to just deliver the order. I was asked to create a new order through the app. With the app, the beers arrived within an hour. The delivery guy was very friendly and the beer was cold. However, all in all, the procedure was very inconvenient.
