Honestly, just ‘meh’. The pyjama bottoms are ok, but don’t come close to living up to the marketing hype I fell for on social media. Sizing is off (I ordered large, but they’re like circus pantaloons), and the 100% cotton material is thin and cheap feeling. Lesson learnt, I need to learn to stop falling for fancy advertising.

These are the most comfy pyjamas i've owned. The fabric is great, it's soft and i don't get too hot at night. They fit well and look good too. Will be ordering another pair soon.

I regret to say that my experience with Drift Sleepwear has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I attempted to reach out to their customer support, it became abundantly clear that reliability is not a term in their vocabulary.

Firstly, their sizing is completely off the mark. I ordered their products only to find them oversized, leaving me with no option but to go through the hassle of exchanging them for smaller sizes. Little did I know that this would be the least of my problems.

After returning the items as instructed, I waited patiently for any form of communication from Drift Sleepwear. Days turned into weeks, and yet, I received no update on the status of my exchange. Customer support? More like customer neglect.

The frustration peaked when I discovered that Drift Sleepwear had received my returned items on the 30th of January. Despite this confirmation, I have not received any indication of when I can expect my replacement products or a refund for those that were out of stock. It's beyond comprehension how a company can operate with such blatant disregard for their customers' time and money.

In summary, Drift Sleepwear's abysmal customer support, coupled with their incompetence in managing exchanges and refunds, has left me deeply dissatisfied and disillusioned. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this company at all costs.

The sizing for the Drift Sleepwear Pajama Bottoms (men) is not accurate. I bought a pair of medium pajama bottoms for my partner but they were small enough to fit me, a small woman. Drift Sleepwear eventually, after several emails over many days, replied and let me exchange. I ordered XL but they were huge. When I tried to exchange these after Christmas, it again took many emails and days to get a reply and I was told that no exchanges were allowed after 30 days even though I had all the labels/packaging/boxes still on the item. In this day and age with on-line shopping, I have never had such difficulty with returns or exchanges. Now I have very expensive pajamas no one can use. Not shopping here again!
