We’re sorry to hear you feel this way, however there are several points in your review that we feel need clarification.

Firstly, all of our competitions are run fairly and transparently, with winners selected completely at random. The time tickets are purchased, how many tickets are purchased, or who has won previously has absolutely no bearing on future results. Unfortunately, as with any competition, we cannot guarantee wins, regardless of spend.

You mention spending approximately £231 since January. While we understand that not receiving the outcome you hoped for can be frustrating, spending does not increase the likelihood of being selected beyond the number of entries purchased. Many players experience dry spells, while others may have periods where they win more frequently. This is simply the nature of random draws.

Regarding your request to increase your spending limit, this was not ignored. The spending limits on our platform are customer protection measures and are in place to promote responsible play. We cannot simply increase or remove these limits upon request, as doing so would be contrary to the purpose of the safeguards and our responsibilities as an operator.

You also state that you were unable to access the live draws. We did respond to these queries and provided links and instructions on how to watch. The live draws are hosted publicly on Facebook and are viewed by thousands of players. The recordings also remain available afterwards for 30 days, with results published on our website and social media channels. Winners additionally receive automatic email notifications and can view wins directly within their account.

You also claim that your name was missing from an entry list despite having a receipt. Following your review, we checked the specific competition you referred to and can confirm that your name was present on the entry list. We believe you may have downloaded the incorrect competition list. To help clarify this, we have emailed you screenshots of the relevant pages with your name highlighted so you can clearly see that your entries were included in the draw.

If you have any further questions regarding entries, draws, or your account, the best way to contact us is via the official Drift Competitions Facebook business page. We receive thousands of emails each day and, whilst we do our best to respond to everyone, occasionally messages can be missed. Our Facebook page is monitored throughout the day and is usually the quickest way to receive assistance.

We would also like to clarify that we do not accept PayPal payments, so we are unsure what transactions you are referring to in that part of your review.

We appreciate that not winning can be disappointing, but we feel this review does not accurately reflect the service provided. We have always attempted to assist where possible and remain happy to help with any genuine account queries.
