I purchased a lot from this, but once i got game pass core, i checked the code at the delivery it was genuine but i didn't redeem it. After 6month while redeeming it code was already used.

First time using this site so Das a little skeptical about such low prices. I'm glad to say my 2 purchases went through perfectly. Within a minute I had the purchase confirmation and a reveal key button. I had a slight issue as I couldn't scroll down to click the confirmation of platform and game was what I ordered. Minor glitch, turned my phone around then it worked. Clicked on reveal key and there it was. Put it into steam worked first time no issues. So I'm pleased to say my doubts were not justified and I will be ordering from here again soon.

Title: Useless support – copy-paste answers and endless hoops
I bought Planet Zoo and several DLCs. Everything activated fine on my Steam account except one DLC key, which was already redeemed when I received it.
I contacted support and sent them multiple screenshots proving the key was already used. After two days of waiting, instead of a refund or a replacement, they told me to open a ticket with Steam Support, ask for the exact activation date and time, and send them a screenshot of Steam's reply. That means waiting more days for Steam, then waiting again for the merchant, who can just come up with another request.
I replied that it's not the buyer's job to investigate where the seller's keys ended up, and that if the merchant needs the activation date, the merchant should contact Steam himself. He sold the used key, so he should sort it out.
Their answer? The exact same message again, word for word. Nobody even read my email. It felt like talking to a bot. On top of that, I paid extra for their support service, which turned out to be completely useless.
In the end I gave up and will buy the DLC somewhere else. The tactic of wearing the customer down until they give up clearly works for them.
If something goes wrong with your order, don't expect real help. Buy somewhere else.

I've bought a few things from Driffle now at a very reasonable price, I did however buy a Duolingo 12 month plan without realising it was an account rather then a redeem code, this was no good to me as I already have an account with many hours invested in Spanish . hola, ¿como estás hoy? see, I'm near enough fluent!
Anyway I requested a refund and it was processed and refunded within a few hours, Brilliant customer service
