Good Customer Service and Assistance

I had an issue with the Dr. Fone application. So I than contacted them through an e-mail about my problem and they tried to help me with the issue, but there wasn't a solution to my problem and so I asked for a refund. There were understanding and quite patient about it all: and a refund was issued. Needless to say I got my money back no harm done. I went about my business and I would recommend Dr. Fone if you have any interest in their features. If you don't find anything applicable to you and you've tried to work it out with them and no luck. Then you can at least get your money back. Getting a refund nowadays can be sketchy with some sites but this one you can rest assured there can be a reasonable solution.
