Fan is very noisy

This fan does move air well but it clatters like a little diesel engine. I recorded it with my phone and it sounds just like my Jetta TDI, just smaller. I run it at night in the bedroom to keep cool but I have to wear earplugs or I can't sleep. I'd return it but I already recycled all of the packaging. Might move it into the living room and get a Vornado, which is dead silent, for the bedroom.

The customer service is exemplary. I could not be more satisfied and I'm very impressed with the product and the company's strong commitment to customer service, something not seen by many companies who sell products online.

If only others could follow Dreo’s…

If only others could follow Dreo’s customer support.I had a great experience with Mia in customer service she replied with super fast emails and sorted my issue with a free of charge accessory.Its because of customer care service like this that I’ll be buying from Dreo again.

Outstanding Support!

I had an excellent experience with DREO’s customer support. They truly went the extra mile to help me — not only did they respond quickly and professionally, but they also arranged to send me the accessories I needed at no extra cost. The whole process was smooth, and I even received tracking details right away. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely values its customers, but DREO definitely does. Highly recommend both their products and their outstanding support team!

Worth it.

Keeps room cool at night when I don't want to use the AC and helps support the AC when the heat is too much for the AC. App is really good too.

Great customer service

I use my Chefmaker everyday. When the probe died I contacted customer service and they replaced it within days. They were out of stock on the Canadian site but they took care of it. Great product and great service.

Dreo Baristamaker…

I pre ordered a Dreo Baristamaker Frother back in September of 2024. I did not receive the item until mid October. A few weeks ago, it started having issues while trying to make a cold foam. It shut off early and got extremely hot with the smell of burning wires and smoke. I contacted Dreo customer support. After several emails and few photos, they sent me a replacement in less than a week. Thanks Dreo

Love our tower fan so far!

Fast shipping, package arrived in perfect condition, setup was easy. And our tower fan works wonders!

It was easy to pair with the app. Admittedly, I haven't used the app very much once I added Dreo to my Google account, which gives us the ability to use voice commands around the house, but overall the Dreo app is nice.

There have been times where I think the fan is off/not running, when it actually is. Settings 1-3 are virtually silent in our environment. You can definitely hear settings 4-6, but man does this thing kick around a lot of air! I wouldn't hesitate to add another Dreo fan somewhere in the house in the future.

The first fan I purchased was stolen…

The first fan I purchased was stolen from my front door. I had bought the insurance. I filed a police report and the insurance had second fan shipped to me; this time to my work address. It came within a week and I love it! it's quiet and well made. Thank you!

THE BEST FAN THAT I HAVE EVER HAD OR USED.

Dreo Tower fan.....I spent days on the internet trying to find the best tower fan for my needs and eventually found what I wanted . It arrived today while an electrician was here & he raved about it and even took pictures and the details as he is so impressed...Also assured me that if I use the correct settings that the fan is not expensive to run. So far I am delighted with it and it works perfectly

Oscillating doesn't work

I'm past the 30 day return date, my fault, but the main reason I purchased this was the oscillating feature. The oscillating feature does not work!! I have disassembled/reassembled the base a couple of times to no avail. I do not recommend.
