A strange way to do business

An unfortunate experience with this dealer via the Chrono24 watch platform, made all the worse by the arrogance of the person I dealt with. Having paid for a watch by BACS transfer and advised the dealer I had paid, they chose not to believe me. As a result of the attitude of "Markus' I cancelled the purchase however, the money I had sent subsequently arrived and the dealer ignored my previous messages and attempted to send me the watch, after I had cancelled the sale in writing. One to avoid, at all costs.
