It was a mistake to deal with your name as I had not heard of you before, but now I will advise everyone through social media not to deal with the name of your company later under any name. We have a team that can abuse you on social media sites in a way that To a great degree

They are frauds.. my daughter sent me a link she got from tiktok about a jacket she was interested in. I opened the site and the packet was the only item on the site. I was skeptical at first and told my daughter it was a fraudulent site,she said Pple actually gave review on tiktok that the jacket was received.i then proceeded to buy the jacket which by the way was really discounted to 9 euros. My first transaction did not go through as U was too slow to confirm transaction on my app. My bank wldnt let try again so I used another bank account and this went through and before I knew it I started getting emails from 2 different companies just on the same site and then realised that I have just been con into subscribing for rubbish not exactly for a purchase. Thank God I noticed this on time. I immediately asked them to cancel the subscription as I was only trying to buy a jacket. They refused with no form of empathy. I believe the other reviews are from them themselves. They charged me for a jacket I did not received twice and also forcefully subscribed me into their God knows company. STAY AWAY FROM THEM . THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE A SCAM.they debited both my accounts with subscription money and did not even send me the item. I was so upset . The little I had they took. They are theives.

On the 2nd of Dec, I got a call from Jay to rectify the situation and surprisingly I was refunded all they took from me. They apologised and promised they are sorting their website out. I will change my star only because my issue was sorted by Jay and he was very respectful.

Experience ok feedback on messages is a bit slow can be better. Other wise good.
