Please think twice before you spend your hard earned money! I REALLY wish I had read the reviews on here before I did.... I opened my account, completed the ID check, played, lost then won. Decided to withdraw, and then as soon as this happened they want everything. I have provided, 2 x utility bills, front and back ID, then they want a selfie with you holding the ID, then they wanted bank statements. This showing the payments coming from my bank account to theirs.

Now under the gambling commission rulings it states they are not allowed to withhold a withdrawal when they were able to check ID prior. Which I add ID had been received.
It also states unless they suspect money laundering then they should not be asking for ID photos as a selfie.

I have contacted support so many times. Emailed support. Contacted accounts and still it is showing as 'in review'.

The stress is unreal!

Such a shame as the website is great. Good choice of games and could've been great. But the bitter taste this has left is awful.

I will of course rectify this review if the funds are correctly paid to my account as I'm legally entitled to. I played with this company in good faith.
If this matter is not dealt with by tomorrow then I will be raising it with the regulatory body to review their license. And action it with IBAS.

I wait in anticipation that this gets resolved.

***Edit- still no payment. Apparently it has been marked as urgent, complaints team notified. Next will be the gambling commission and IBAS.

Updated 9/11. - after a long few days the withdrawal has finally been paid. Never known so much faff! But there you have it... Make careful choices people

As has already been stated, they will hold onto your money and refuse to answer why it's taking so long.

Came across this looked abit appealing a lot of different games. Deposited around 2k went all good now that I want to withdraw it feels like it’s taking forever with alll these checks hope I get my money from them it’s been 5 days n it’s still in review hope for the best will update once receive the payment.

7 days later payment received after endless emails n chat services.

Came across this site by accident last weekend, wanted to play a particular slot I've not played for years and they had it. Did well won £800 - made a withdrawal, nothing 2 days later, read the reviews on here, started to panic - I've been scammed thoughts in my head. So lets be sensible these sites have to follow rules and regs for our protection, of course I had to send I.D etc for anti laundering rules, wouldn't except my proof of I.D (driving licence) knew it wouldn't as image was poor, do not think it is this company's fault more the firm that do the I,D checks for them. So day 3 of pending withdrawal customer services email me to say I.D not acceptable, I reply with I.D images - they confirm accepted, day 4 still no funds returned, getting worried, so contact them via live chat - took a whole minute to reply, yes I was nervous convinced I'd been scammed due to reading reviews on here, for those 60 seconds it took for them to come back to me, Confirmed I.D proof of address had been received and bear with a couple more days to receive my winnings. 2 hrs later funds in my bank (perhaps they needed a nudge, who knows) played again tonight, turned £3.00 into £200 withdrew £200, funds in bank within 5 min. Not the easiest of sites to navigate if your looking for free bonuses / cash etc, no idea where my free spins or sign up bonus are, but sure i will find it in the near future. But bottom line is site has good choice of games and pays out better than some larger names in my opinion, seems to me some people gamble what they don't have and panic if money not back in bank by next day, this is not a quick win quick pay site, but seems to play a lot fairer than others that give an initial winning streak and then suck your money up.

AVOID! just like everyone else in the reviews, if you don’t want to wait forever to have them give you back your own money then AVOID! you’ll be given a timeframe which will be then extended on their choosing depending on what stipulation they ‘dream’ up. I deposited & didn’t even bet, instead tried to withdraw my own money after finding their new customer bonus misleading, imagine what they’d do if you actually win.. coming upto 48 hours, will update accordingly with further reviews. Having the exact same issue as everyone else! Said the withdrawal was processing, then noticed it was no longer in pending withdrawals and also had not been returned to my account. Went on live chat and was told I'd recieve an email from the accounts team sometime around 1am (very specific and unusual!) I did receive this email asking for bank statements as apparently there was an issue with th3m sending the money into my account (never had this problem with more reputable sites!) I'm now waiting for a response to my bank statements and can tell from these reviews there will likely be another hoop to jump through! I will be taking it further if it is not sorted out today so will update you all

UPDATE***
So the initial withdrawal was started on the 25th of September, today is the 29th and I've received an email saying the withdrawal has been put through again. This will be pending for 2 days and then take a further 3-5 days to go into to my account. That is unless they decide to tell me my bank has declined an incoming payment again 😂 in which case it will have been potentially close to 2 weeks when I get my withdrawal. Will update again!

Dream Vegas is nothing more than a shady scam operation dressed up as a casino. I’m writing this so no one else falls into the same trap I did. Please, for your own sanity, avoid this site like the plague.

Here’s what happened: I deposited my money, played fairly (no bonuses, no loopholes, nothing dodgy), and when I won, I tried to withdraw. That’s when the nightmare started. Dream Vegas suddenly decided to confiscate everything – my winnings AND my deposits – under some ridiculous “bad faith” excuse. It was total rubbish and had nothing to do with how I played. Their customer “support”? Absolutely useless. Rude, dismissive, and clearly trained to stonewall players until they give up. Every reply was a copy-paste template, designed to delay and frustrate. They didn’t care about facts, evidence, or fairness. All they cared about was keeping hold of my money.

I refused to let them get away with it. I took my case to eCOGRA, the dispute resolution service. And you know what? After nearly two months of stress, wasted time, and endless emails, eCOGRA forced Dream Vegas to cough up my funds. Only when regulators got involved did they finally return my money. No apology, no explanation, nothing. Just silence – like they hadn’t just tried to scam me out of thousands.

Think about that: if I hadn’t escalated to eCOGRA, Dream Vegas would have happily kept everything. They would have literally stolen from me and moved on to the next victim. That’s not a casino – that’s daylight robbery.

Dream Vegas should be avoided at all costs. They are a disgrace to the industry. They prey on players, hide behind shady small print, and treat customers with contempt. They only pay when they’re forced to by outside regulators – and even then, they drag it out for months hoping you’ll quit.

If you value your money, your time, and your sanity, do NOT touch Dream Vegas. I wouldn’t trust them with a single penny. There are plenty of honest casinos out there – this one is a scam factory designed to take advantage of people.

I won 240 pounds and been waiting for 4 days sent them all my id now they locked my account and told me I never had any winnings. They rob from you avoid save your money from them

Crooks, disguised as online gaming platform operators!.. How they even managed to obtain a gaming license, is beyond me!.. Worst gambling site I have ever visited. Worst customer service. Their 'promotions' are bogus, effectively asking for huge amounts of wagering to win small bonus amounts, and this is not clear when signing up. AVOID. Do not use this online casino they will happily let you sign up with no checks or not even a confirmation or welcome email and let you deposit as much as you like but as soon as you want to withdraw then the problem starts, I was depositing money and the games was just not paying out or even getting a bonus soothing just felt off about it so I withdrew my £20 seen as that the minimum withdrawal and deposit amount and now they’ve withheld the £20 saying it couldn’t be processed so with with a different department ect my advise is stay away as it just feels off they’ll happily take deposit after deposit but will get you on withdrawals and that’s even if your lucky enough to get any money back as the bonuses seem non existent. I could understand if it was a large withdrawal of hundreds or thousands but it’s £20.

Registered deposited £300 altogether finally got lucky on my last £50 went up to 885. Withdrew the money.Been asked for statement from my bank twice which I gave them. Then saying payment got rejected by my bank, contacted the bank no payment got rejected. Created a withdrawal of €200 just yesterday the 28th, i wanted too find out if my withdrawal would still be processed if i closed my account so i spoke too Kelly from live support, she told me too provide my details and she would be able too answer the question bit instead closed my account without answering my question, got my account back opened today and live support have told me my withdrawal can take up too 72 hours too be reviewed and 2-7 days too send too my bank, by far worst online casino i played on, way too long withdrawal times and a 10 year old child would be more use as customer support.
