Incompétence totale et SAV lamentable
J'ai passé une commande livrée par DHL, le carton était vide et je l'ai fait constaté immédiatement pas DHL, depuis 7 jours DHL et Dreamsparfum se renvoient la balle a travers moi et je dois faire des démarches des 2 côtés avec un service des plus minables jamais vue. J'ai écris 2 mails ce jour à Dreamsparfum sans réponse quand j'appelle je reste 20 mn en ligne puis on me répond que la personne ne parle pas anglais et que je dois rappeler... J'espère que ma publication va les faire bouger...
I placed an order delivered by DHL, the box was empty and I had it noticed immediately by DHL, for 7 days DHL and Dreamsparfum have been passing the buck through me and I have to take steps on both sides with a service most miserable ever seen. I wrote 2 emails today to Dreamsparfum with no answer when I call I stay on the line for 20 minutes then I am told that the person does not speak English and that I have to call back... Total incompetence never seen, i am hoping my negativ comment will oblige them to act and reimburse me
