I've known and been a customer of the lovely John and Katy Bagnall for 2 years now. Time after time the service and aftercare has been exceptional.
Dreamreef stocks most dry good products essential for keeping a marine aquarium and making it thrive. His advice is second to none and he's one of the two people in the UK I turn to when I am struggling with an issue. Both John and Katy have gone above and beyond at helping me, even as far as facetiming when I was setting an ro unit up and John went through it step by step with me.

Their stock is exceptional. Fish from all parts of the world, fish are quarantined and checked for any diseases and pests before they are released to the public for sale.

Their coral stock is simply stunning and speaks for itself.

Definitely a 5 star marine shop.

I have been a customer of dreamreel since they open the shop.
And i find i never have to go anywhere esle for a top range of fish .corals and dry goods and of course top advise
Both John & Kate do their best to give good advise and would never sell you anything you dont need or not compatible with your tank

Best marine specialist shop for miles around, nothing is too much trouble for the owners John and Katy, their stock is top quality, the love and passion they both have for this hobby and their shop is truly inspiring. After keeping fish for fourty years I have never come across such passion for their stock in any shed, shop wholesalers or enthusiast. Keep up the amazing work guys, if salty is your thing then a visit to Dreamreef is a must :)

Dreamreef isn't the biggest, fanciest shop you'll ever see. But I'll keep going back because of John and Kate's passion for the animals they keep.
They honestly couldn't do enough for you.
To name a few things they have done for me. They looked after my whole system at the shop whilst I moved house.
Been an emergency contact for family whilst I've been abroad.
Sourced hard to find items.
Held stock for me for months.
Etc etc.

Honestly. Try them, you won't be disappointed.

Have had nothing but good experiences with this aquatic retailer, I've been using dream for at least 7 years and can honestly say that they have great livestock at very reasonable prices, jon and katie are some of the nicest people you could meet

I have been visiting Dreamreef since I started in the aquarium hobby and have received nothing but brilliant service and advice, the owner always has time to answer any question and is extremely helpful, with recommending products and ordering in. I have mental disabilities which make it extremely difficult to leave the house or make conversation, yet John is not at all patronising or condescending. Definitely worth a visit.
