The worst casino I’ve ever played

After reading these reviews I was dreading waiting forever but actually I only deposited £10 and won £78 - cashed out via trustly instant transfer and I wasn’t asked for any ID and although it wasn’t instant it was in my account within 15 hours. I cashed out at 18:00 Friday so thought I would at least wait til Monday so overall not a too bad experience just shouldn’t advise instant transfer if it’s not instant but maybe after the first time it will be quicker will have to wait and see. Also I’m in UK. I believe if you are on electoral roll or bank is registered at same address as ur account then you prob won’t need to provide ID just if it doesn’t all match up they ask for proof

Requested withdrawal, been waiting 2 days and no email or withdrawal confirmation. Fully verified player. Just messaged then in live chat, and got told it can be over 48 hours and someone will contact me. When I said no, it should be processed by now, support agent Svitlana, cut off my chat and logged me out. Not happy at all

Withdrawals problems no send wining no any contact details

Usually have a good experience on this site but I have done a withdrawal on the 15th and I’m still waiting on my winnings, I’ve never had a problem before, I’ve had no email reply’s. I finally got in touch with live help which is definitely not 24/7 and he said my withdrawal has been approved on there end even though it says in process still but still no winnings has hit my bank account. I’m getting worried and concerned now as these reviews have put me off. I’ll update if I ever get my winnings or even an email reply. Hopefully I’ll get them tomorrow at the latest as this has put me off playing especially when it’s so hard to contact someone if you have any questions or issues. The customer service and how hard it is to get in touch needs sorting out and looking into as all other casinos are pretty much there straight away and on the ball……update 18/04/25 finally got hold of live help and they have informed me that my withdrawal is stuck in process? It’s definitely been approved but is stuck in process right now and the relevant team are working on a solution? I’ll also receive an email to let me know when it’s fixed. I’ve never known a withdrawal to be stuck in process for 3 days since it’s been approved though. And as it’s been like this for 3 days and still hasn’t been fixed, it’s still quite concerning to me. Hopefully will receive an email today to let me know the problem has been resolved and fixed, and I can finally receive my winnings. Again will update if things haven’t or have been sorted…… well it is now the 22nd and nothing has been done to fix the matter at hand, I still haven’t received my withdrawal and all I’m being told by online help is that there still working on it?? Even though they have been working on it for over 4 days now, they also said I would receive an email, again all this time and not once received any email from any department about this situation, they have failed to let me know as a player of anything on this issue, and what is being done to resolve it. So unfortunately I’m going to have to take my case to gambling commission and resolver and share my case with them. I have screenshots of all the online correspondence and the different answers given to me. It’s unfortunate as I really enjoyed this site until now, but as I’ve been left wondering what is going on and happening with no real information as there customer I feel as though they aren’t really getting anywhere and are not very good at looking after there customers and piece of mind. It’s been a week now and nothing so the only option I have is to take this further, which again I didn’t want to have to but clearly is necessary.

Scammers l have deposited over £1700 over t the last year no problem at all. I finally have a win and when I tried to withdrawal you make ever excuse as to why you can’t pay me. I have sent 20 different documents to prove identity address. Bank details statements. And you reject everyone of them. This is the worst casino I have ever used

I'm currently waiting on 4 pending withdrawals, 2 dated 20th December & 2 dated 22nd December. I never had a problem with withdrawals before this & any withdrawals I've made after these have paid out the same day. Whenever I go to live chat, all I get told are that they've escalated it & to wait for an email. I cannot find an email address to contact the company, so it's hard to get in touch with them.

My name is Sinead I made 2 withdraws on Thursday 5 th December 2024 one for £200 and one for £400.I had a email to say my account was fully verified but still no winnings I'm getting concerned.I know they don't process on weekends.Then Monday 8th December afternoon my money was in my bank.They are not the quickest at paying out but got winnings in the end cheers

After depositing a a quite lot money to Aspire Global, I managed to win 1600 pounds, I have provided the documents with wich I have deposited, they declined it, after a while I re uploaded it and in the customer support was congratulat me for my winnings and saying my documents was accepted, I text again this morning to the customer support and it was told me it wasn't accepted. I want my money. When I try to load the page it's just not opening up. It's very disappointing. I'm in a emergency situation, and it's not fair...

Thank you for your reply, which is a lot better than your customer support team. Customer service was very poor, no updates or information given and worst still no replied to emails sent. It feels as though players are not valued.
Yes, I have finally received my withdrawals and decided I would continue to play on Dreamjackpot in the hope of a better experience in future, however, I am still not happy with withdrawals being held for days on end as pending. This was not the case when I initially joined. Winnings were paid the same day, which is what I expect as deposits certainly are not held for any period of time. Looking forward to the day I can give Dreamjackpot 5 stars.

This company has suddenly asked me to verify my account after me submitting withdrawals totalling £355 - they say to upload your documents via the document uploaded (which I can't access because my account is blocked) - they then send an email with a link to their live chat and the link doesn't work, then when you contact the live chat via the login button nobody replies

The support@dreamjackpot email just bounces back saying access denied, the whole thing is a joke
