Dream Dubai is a brand for winners and dreamers, and Dubai is the city where they are one and the same. Dreams in Dubai do not stop at imagination, they are realized. At Dream Dubai, we challenge the notion that dreams are unattainable, not just by foregrounding Dubai’s sheer lustrous reality, but also by providing the easiest and most inclusive platform that delivers those dreams to everyone. A project by Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment, Dream Dubai defies the belief that dreams are beyond reach by offering a user-friendly platform that fuses shopping and winning in one unique environment. Through the purchase of Modesh Credit from campaigns, customers receive complimentary tickets to participate in prize draws to win prizes and ‘money can’t buy’ experiences. To see, win and live the Dubai dream, simply download the Dream Dubai mobile app and start shopping. Dream Dubai is here so you can dream the unthinkable, win the priceless, and live the unforgettable.

I think UAE Lottery is better than this…
I think UAE Lottery is better than this platform. Because I purchased so many tickets from different types of promotions they included in the site... Never got any single fills ... At the same time I purchased tickets through UAE LOTTERY 3 or 4 time I got prices... Dream Dubai basically earning more money with their advertisement. Because they are offering different small budget friendly ticket option... But they should add ticket number wise purchase option... Now the way they do the draw can't trust . Even anyone spend 1000 Aed also to purchase from them never win any price... Because of the thicket purchase and draw option they setup.

Thank you for your feedback. Dream Dubai is a project by the Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE). It's a shop-and-win platform where winners are selected through live, digitally regulated draws conducted on the Dream Dubai app, with each draw streamed publicly to ensure full transparency.
Every participating ticket is automatically entered into the draw, and winners are selected at random under a fully regulated process. Whether someone purchases one ticket or many, each ticket has the same chance of winning.

I think this App is ONLY for Residents…
I think this App is ONLY for Residents of Dubai-because only people in Dubai are always winning.I am from Suadi and I have never won any prize.I have lost a lot of money by purchasing tickets in the last one year. I THINK THEY DO NOT ADD THE TICKETS PURCHASED BY PEOPLE FROM OTHER COUNTRIES IN THE RAFFLE BOX. WORST AND HIGHLY CONDEMNABLE

To date, Dream Dubai has awarded over 13,000 winners across 92 nationalities, with all campaigns publicly announced. Winners are selected randomly, and nationality plays no role in the draw outcome. While not winning can understandably feel frustrating, this does not reflect the legitimacy of our fully regulated draw system.
