Misleading Stock Status & Terrible Customer Service

Very disappointing experience. I paid for a subscription because their website clearly showed it as in stock. After payment, they told me it was actually out of stock.

It has now been 3 weeks, and despite repeatedly contacting them, I’m being ignored while the same product is still shown as available for purchase on their website.

Taking payments for something you cannot deliver while continuing to advertise it as in stock is completely unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding Dreamcrest.
