The entire website and service are very weak, they are slow in self-exclusion, they try to tempt you with codes, etc. And if you want to close your account, they delay it to make you change your mind. Very poor cashout and payouts.
This site is a total scam ..stay clear! They have declined a withdrawal of €190. Contacted c.services ,there is seemingly withdrawal fees ,which they said they had contacted me about through email . Never received a message
