Same as everyone else, did not receive vanity, one email response from Suzie, since then all emails failed to deliver, reported to shopify, and I hsve received email from them saying I need to correspknd with retailer. I will be reviewing them next!

Originally bought from the my dream vanity site (now no longer available?), got in contact with ‘Suzie’ after finding this site (German?) that was verbatim to this site just a few differences for AU. All pictures/reviews are just screenshots from Amazon vanity buyers review videos! I tried to get it cancelled and a refund but she ‘escalated it to the next department’ and gave all sorts of excuses for no delivery details etc. definitely a scam, I’ve put through a fraud claim with my bank. DONT TRUST!

Purchased a vanity unit in December. Not provided with tracking details. Received one email response from Suzie, as others did, stating delivery was set for 19 Jan. Followed up on 20 Jan when nothing had arrived, and now not getting any response to any of the emails I have found and tried.
Horrible scam! Avoid!!!

Biggest scam! Never buy from these people, as per reviews below. Ordered in December and still never a tracking confirmation.

This is a scam. I placed my order in December and still haven’t received anything. Initially, someone named Suze responded to my emails with repeated excuses, promising that the product would be delivered “next Monday.” That Monday never came.
After that, they completely stopped responding no replies to emails or even the chatbox.
At one point, they removed their website entirely, and now they are back online again, seemingly trying to scam customers in Europe. Please be extremely careful.

Order never fulfilled. No answers to emails as they bounce back. Scam.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Complete scam website. Paid but never recieved any proper order confirmations or shipping/processing communication so emailed and recieved a response from Suzie like the others did. Given the runaround on delivery dates which I'm sure will never eventuate. Reported it as a scam through my bank and now when I go back to the website it says page cannot be found. They have taken everyone's money and run. Jerks.

Scam company definitely. replies to emails are AI generated and when Suzie does reply it’s always the truck is set to deliver before 8pm today. That truck is on a slow boat from China that is lost at sea. Purchased with Credit Card so I will get a refund eventually.

I bought vanity in December and I never got any information regarding delivery dates, I kept contacting them through their online chat, and they refused to refund my money

I also ordered this item and paid for it, it never arrived and the emails kept bouncing back DO NOT BUY from this site as you will lose your money and get ripped off, they obviously do not have a conscience, FRAUDSTERS that’s what I call them!

Purchased on 21 December still not received on 11 January tried contacting no reply

Has anyone recieved their product?

Ordered on the 21st December and was told that i would recieve it in 7 business days due to there being no stock in the warehouse. I've been emailing Milena who advised it was sent out yesterday with DPD but couldnt provide me with a tracking number. No parcel recieved. Now my email is bouncing back "Your message wasn't delivered to milena at thatgirlfinds because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail." and no response on the website. Do not order this product. Still not recieved and no reply.

*Update - i've had a response through the chat option on their website and as soon as i gave them my details i've got ignored. My friend messaged them after me and has had a reply so they're definitely ignoring me and are scammers. Also, the address shown on the website is a charity that has nothing to do with this website as i called and contacted the number for 75 Shelton Street on Google. I've now had to create a fraud claim with my bank, luckily paid through a credit card so i will likely get my money back.

Terrible, been waiting close to three weeks for next day delivery.
Refusing to give me a refund.

The customer service is just someone using google translate to respond.

I decided not to purchase after reviewing Dream Vanity’s website more closely.

The sales/FAQ page advertises a 3-year warranty, but their Terms & Conditions state that products are provided “as is” and without any warranties, express or implied. These two statements directly contradict each other.

This lack of consistency is misleading and seriously undermines trust. Customers shouldn’t have to interpret legal contradictions to understand whether a warranty actually exists.

Until this is clarified, I wouldn’t feel comfortable buying from this company.
