I have ordered the delivery of 2 bottles of DIM which have never arrived, as well they returned the money for it. Support is really un efficient, takes few days to reply. Eventually I just made another order with different company.
I usually buy either from Dr Berg UK or Dr Berg US, and my order arrives in 3 days. Two weeks after buying from this website Dr Berg EU, my order hadn’t even been posted yet. After a lot of back and forth WhatsApp messages, I managed to cancel my order and get my money back. It wasted a great deal of my time which is valuable to me, so I won’t order from this site again. They need to jack up their delivery times to compete with the other websites.
I am beyond disappointed with my order from drberg.eu. I ordered shampoo and conditioner, expecting sealed, untouched items, but instead, they sent me what can only be described as USED products.
The shampoo’s safety seal was completely torn off, and the conditioner didn’t even have one! The plastic wrapping on both bottles was only half there, which immediately raised red flags. I even went as far as weighing the shampoo, and it was only 220ml (with the bottle!), even though it’s supposed to be 236ml. Are you kidding me?
This is not just poor service – this is downright disgusting. Selling personal care products that are clearly tampered with is unacceptable and potentially dangerous. I will NEVER order from this site again, and I strongly warn anyone considering it to stay far, far away. They don’t care about quality or their customers. Absolute disgrace!
Worst customer service I've ever had. Took about 7 tries to make a sign-in because it wouldn't register and kept prompting me over and over. Then, when it was time to purchase, site kept refreshing itself and deleting my 10% discount code and half the things in my cart. I was ordering with my husband next to me and he said, "what is wrong with this site are you sure they're legit?" I really should've checked trustpilot before I went through with it. That's on me.
When I FINALLY got it working and paid 301 euros, I was over the moon UNTIL I noticed the 10% discount code didn't register!
When I got in touch with customer service they said "Coupon applying is working, everything is fine... Have a nice day :)"
I responded with:
"There are many options for you to conduct fair and kind customer service and extend goodwill should you CHOOSE to.
Are you sure this is how you want to build return clientele?
It you don't have the clearance to help me, please consult a supervisor who can."
No response.
They could apply the coupon, extend a 10% refund, cancel the order so I can try again. I work in customer service and this is STANDARD because things go wrong. You don't just tell the customer "things are right from my POV, sucks to be you" which is basically what "Julia" from support at drberg.eu is telling me.
I even said I'd be more than happy to write a 5 star review on trustpilot if they could help.
No such luck.
The products might be good but customer service is a bot, untrained, or are just hired to paste answers so they can tick off the ticket as "complete".
I don't want to go through this again and will get my supplements from iherb.
BEWARE.
The supplements is good and the whole process went good - I got my package after 4 days, and everthing was, as it should: high quality and all:)

Extremely disappointed with this company. I provided the correct delivery address which was displayed correctly in the confirmation of my order which I got by email. I then got tracking confirmation and I noticed the address was incorrect. I immediately contacted the company to inform them of their mistake and ask that they contact the carrier and let them know and give them the correct address. I was sent the local contact details and sorthing out their mistake was left to me to deal with! After numerous calls to the number over 2 day period where the line would be always occupied, I managed to get through and was told the parcel will never arrive to me because the street name is missing. I was told to check for the parcel every day, call back when it's in the country and go collect it myself. I relayed that back to the company - after having done their work for them because it is the sender who can sort these things out and not the recipient and that is in every country- and after telling them this whole situation is unacceptable, they offered me 10% discount on the next purchase.
Do I want to be sorting out someone's mess again for a 10% discount, after I've done it for free this time? Absolutely not, I don't know how do you imagine this kind of behaviour is normal??? Who has the time or inclination to do all this work to get a product from you that is available elsewhere without all this hassle? I think you'll learn the hard way that this is not how you treat customers
The delivery took only 3 days even tho there was a country in between The netherlands and where I live.
I had 1-star feedback earlier. But since then the issue has been resolved fully and satisfactorily. Since then I have had another order which arrived with no flaws. It seems like it's going perfectly now. Well done on fixing the issue! Very happy!
