Returned trousers, no refund or response
Ordered some trousers in the sale. I never got any purchase confirmation etc which was weird but the trousers did arrived. Unfortunately they didn’t fit so I returned them and explained in the return note what had happened and followed up with two emails. Both emails have gone unanswered despite an automated promise of a response within 48 hrs, and no refund or replacement has been given. So I’m £90 out of pocket and can’t get hold of anyone. I guess if what you ordered fits then fine, but I wouldn’t risk it if you don’t want to waste your money.

As usual fit and design is top notch! I like a looser baggy fit without looking “too big” and these T’s fit my body style just the way I like. The order shipped out almost immediately and arrived quickly. Just in time to rip it up on some patios for the summer season in Santa Barbara.
