Arranged me an interview with a company which went well. After a while, I had a phone call with a lady from DRB, telling me I was offered the job. She told me that she will send me an email with all the details and I need to send my personal information and bank details. I was even given a start date. After hanging up, I heard her saying goodbye and calling me by a different name. I was a little bit puzzled and feared I was the wrong guy for the position. I called again and introduced myself to find out if a mistake has happened. We spoke for a few minutes about the salary and I gave more information about my education but the lady didn't mention anything about a mistake and proceeded on. I calmed down and I waited for an email but it never came. I've later tried calling twice and nobody answered. Since then, which is by now more than a month, they didn't even bother to call to apologise for the obvious mistake and explain the situation. At least, they could've tried to find me another job opportunity. I am extremely dissatisfied with they way they treated me in that case.

I cancelled my CRB DIRECT UK request as it is not accepted by Caring Agencies in UK
I paid 69 pounds direct to CRB 28th August cancelled on 3 Sept and 9 Sept
I have resubmitted the cancellation with the ref number 3 times in the past 2 weeks
No one bothers to reply and have yet to receive my refund.
I see I am not the first to complain about this not receiving refunds for cancellations as the CRB DIRECT site application states

Today 14 September ljust a couple of days since posting CRB Direct complaint they honoured their promise and refunded my Aug payment
