Great service, good information about the car, very helpful and responsive

The salesman, Danny, was very helpful during our visit and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for him. The car was well presented and the deal offered was acceptable, therefore we purchased.

As car sales go, Drayton motors are up there with the best, friendly staff, good advice, decent cars and not forgetting the excellent coffee, will use again

Excellent communication and service provided by Richard. I bought the car online so didn't get to see in person but Richard sent me a very detailed overview and description of the car via video which was a true and accurate representation when the vehicle arrived.

I have just had my first service done on my motorbility car at Grantham.
The lady on reception was so pleasant and polite, waiting area clean and comfortable, and wait time was kept to minimum. The car was valated as well.
Everything explained simply. Cannot fault Drayton Motors, Grantham at all.

Drayton motors at Louth were excellent. Friendly, helpful, a well presented vehicle and fair deal. Salesperson Steve was excellent throughout and made the process very enjoyable. The vehicle i bought was in great condition and the price offered for my car was fair (close enough to other quotes to make it viable). I/we will definitely consider Drayton motors next time. The car was a 60th birthday present for my partner and the weather was horrible. They put ribbons, balloons and flowers in and on the car, and did it all in the showroom due to the weather. Brilliant!! Made the day.

This is my 3rd kia and potentially this will be my last one given how I have been treated. My Kia Rio went for its second service scratch free on 25/3/24, confirmed by the service book, and was returned to me covered in fresh scratches including down the sides and on the wing mirror. I was basically bullied into having a new tyre brand fitted which I didnt want as they refused to return my car to me saying the tyre was illegal, even though their own service manager and an independent garage has confirmed it wasn't illegal and that I had every right to take it to somewhere else to get new tyres fitted. Also they claimed I needed rear wiper blades which was fitted by them, but then upon checking the car after they returned it I found that it didn't need a new wiper blade after all and that the rear window was simply dirty and only needed to be cleaned on the inside. Totally ignored tracking was very clearly out judging by the uneven wear on the tyres, yet did nothing about the tracking nor was it even mentioned when it went in for its second service, May 30th my car, which is only 2 years old, had to return to the garage due to a manufacturing weld fail on the exhaust which is covered under warranty. The car was booked in and then taken to them on Saturday 1st June and I saw China who tried to be as helpful and possible to get my car fixed so I could still go on holiday. I was told saturday that the part would be ordered and then delivered and fitted tuesday and that I would have my car back Tuesday so that I could at least enjoy some of my holiday still even though I was due to go on the Monday. However, I was finally telephoned at 15:21hrs on Monday and told that the part I needed was on back order with an ETA of 7-14 days as the part was outside of the UK, they would have known Saturday that the part would be on back order yet said nothing, and that they would arrange a hire car so that I could still go on holiday but that didn't happen. The hire department text me the following day, Tuesday, with the link to fill in to get the hire car approved which I did. Then I heard nothing further about the hire car so I emailed and updated the branch manager with updates during the week regarding the lack of communication from them. Then on Monday June 10th 2024, I get my first phone call from the hire department to ask if I still need the car and they tried to use the excuse that their colleague rang me on the previous Tuesday, And then apologised and said they were actually just processing the request after I pointed out that they actually only sent me a text which I filled in to get the hire car approved and then I had no email, no phone call, no text, nothing more from them. June 10th, Approx 2hrs after I received a call from the car hire company, I received a call from China at Draytons, Swineshead, to tell me that my car was in the workshop and almost ready for collection and that they were just doing the tracking on it, so I arranged to collect it 11th June in the afternoon as that was the earliest that I could get a lift to the branch to collect my car because the branch is NOT on any bus links that I am aware of.
Then today, just before 11:30am 11th June 2024 on the day I am collecting my car from the garage, I receive a call from Kia hire department asking if I was returning the hire vehicle to the local enterprise branch or taking the keys and leaving them at kia so I explained, yet again, that I haven't received a vehicle from them and that as a result I have had no vehicle at all because they hadn't supplied me with a hire vehicle and that all I actually received was a text from them, with a link in it to fill in for the hire vehicle, and then I have had no other correspondence from then until 10th June and that due them not supplying a hire vehicle when requested my sole holiday this year had to be cancelled as I was uanble to get there without a vehicle.
Whilst China at the branch has been as helpful as she could be to get my car resolved, and the guys have done a good job at polishing the scratches out that was down the sides which were done when the vehicle went in for service. I would have given the branch and kia a 4 star, if the hire vehicle had been provided when it should have been and if someone from Draytons themselves on Monday the 10th via telephone hadn't asked me to change the review and give it a 3 star instead of a 2 star because the reviews go to Kia, I had already increased it from a 1 star at that time and was amending the review accordingly as each issue was addressed but by asking me to increase the stars on the reviews because "the reviews go to kia", I am now questioning both the integrity of the branch and the genuinity of other reviews. I have lost all faith in the brand and branch at present. I found it dissapointing that the branch didnt appear to be bothered that their actions resulted in my holiday being cancelled as I was unable to get there

Buying our second car from Kia Swineshead was so simple, Callum Hazelwood went above and beyond making sure our new car was ready to collect on our chosen day, he made everything so stress free thanks Callum. We bought a Sportage G line 2023 plate, such a fantastic car with amazing features. We would definitely come back to Kia to purchase another car. Would also like to add all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

All aspects of the purchase of my vehicle were explained professionally and courteously, the financing and servicing options were clearly detailed.

Very helpful answered all questions asked made sure we knew everything about the car really put us at ease they were not pushy like some told us to take our time if we needed to and there was plenty of hot drinks offered

Brilliant choice of vehicles and very helpful staff.

Great Staff in particular the Chris Spiller, looked afer me every step of the way. Other staff was always polite and helpful. If you want good service, then use this company.

Exceptional customer care, We got a Range Rover from Drayton Motors Suzuki and KGM Boston and the staff had a positive buying experience. Jason and the team were highly responsive, transparent and provided a level of genuine customer care that I have not experienced with other "premium" car dealer

Stopped outside Drayton Motors to check a Tyre which was punctured, asked Melissa at Drayton Motors if they could help and they were outstanding, ordered a new tyre gave us a courtesy car informed when our car was ready, cannot praise customer services enough. Many Thanks.
