I am very disappointed with the product

I am very disappointed with the product I received.

I ordered what was advertised as an entrance doormat, but what arrived is nothing like the product shown on your website. Instead of a proper doormat, I received what looks and feels like a thin mat/table placemat, which is completely unsuitable for use as an entrance doormat.

I paid €34.99 expecting a real doormat, as clearly shown in your advertisement. The product I received does not match the quality, thickness, or appearance of the item you promoted. I feel that the product is misleading and not worth the price I paid.
