Ordered my curtains over 4 weeks ago
Ordered my curtains over 4 weeks ago. Had an initial confirmation email followed by silence. After two weeks and several unanswered emails Drapesey (creative curtains on PayPal invoice) admitted they didn't actually have the curtains in stock and were waiting for new stock to arrive. So I waited for this "new stock" but again silence. After failing to answer my emails again I had contact them via PayPal resolution center. Again Drapesey admitted that the curtains I ordered weren't actually delivered in the new stock so I was offered a full refund, this was over a week ago and still no refund. Avoid this two bit company, very quick to take your money for stock they don't have but not so quick on the refund. Add to this the appalling customer service ask yourself is it worth the aggravation?
