Dr Ali Cetinkaya and his team are amazing. From start to finish you are cared for. Ejem is lovely and answered all of my questions, and there was a lot, prior to the initial consultation withing minutes, sometimes immediately. We then had an online consultation with Dr Ali and this confirmed we had the right surgeon and team to perform a deep plane face and neck lift, temporal lift, eyebrow gliding, fat transfer and stem cells injected in my face. Everything is included, transfers, hotel, breakfast, hospital treatments and after care and medication. We were met at the airport with the lovely Gizem who took us to the hotel. We also met with Nurse Ali who was the nurse and translator, however, all the team spoke really good English. Nurse Ali accompanied us to appointments at the hospital for a pre operative assessment, blood test, ECG and chest X-Ray. You meet with an anesthesiologist who goes into your medical history meticulously. I met Dr Ali the day before surgery to go over everything and then on the day of the surgery to be marked up (i think he used permanent marker as my blonde hair now has purple streaks lol). Dr Ali just puts you at ease, even if he has worries, he keeps you calm and reassured and he also has a great sense of humour. My operation was around 9 hours due to my health and meds, he just took extra care. He came to check on me the day after surgery and confirmed it had gone really well. He

recommended Hyperbaric oxygen therapy and if you want to speed up healing, give it a go, yes it's a little uncomfortable but it really helps. I also had O2 oxygen laser therapy amd lip filler. Bearkai is the photographer and he records your journey and process. I gave consent so others can see what you
have to go through. I'm happy so far but looking 25 years younger is hard, I'm looking forwatd to settling back into my new face once the swelling heals.

If you're thinking of going to have surgery you will not regret going to Dr Ali. Some in our hotel went elsewhere and were
complaining. Do your research but always make sure you don't cut any corners.

Making a decision to go to Turkey for plastic surgery is a huge decision, but one that I am SO happy I made. I researched doctors for months; I am a very type A personality (extremely analytical) and basically had an excel spreadsheet listing out countless amounts of criteria. I have worked in the OR/surgery in the US for a decade plus, and I know what to look for.

My hope is that this review can make your search a lot easier and more efficient. Don’t think twice about Turkey, or going to Dr Centinkaya and his extraordinary team.

I am only 11 days out from a deep plane face and neck lift, an upper bleph, a temple lift, lip lift, CO2 laser, and a breast aug revision and I am sitting in the comfort of my own home, without one bruise, barely any swelling, (never had a drain etc), and I am ecstatic with my results. I am a 47 yo female and I went solo.

Dr. Ali is an artist. His “refinements” for me have me feeling like a little supermodel. I look just like I did, but prettier and younger. He is known for his natural aesthetic and that was really important to me. I wanted the “Lindsay Lohan refresh”, not my Grandmothers facelift. I loved that he studied endoscopy under a very famous surgeon in Milano and that he was also up on the famous US surgeons approaches and techniques (the surgeons that cost 180k to see in the US).

The flight over was simple-just take melatonin and sleep. His coordinators literally arrange every single other thing - from your VIP transfers (they were private, posh vans), to your hotel (which has a 24/7 infirmary so there is always a nurse on call), to all consults, to meds, to hyperbaric O2 treatments should you choose to do them (I did 3 and HIGHLY recommend them for speeding up healing), and were on call for me 24/7 whilst I was in Turkey. They were all so lovely.

To note: Turkey is more strict than America about meds. In the US, it’s automatic you get Ativan (to help you sleep and calm your nerves) so I would HIGHLY suggest bringing your own.

So that’s that. As I mentioned, I am 11 days out and could easily put on tinted sunscreen and walk about town. I guarantee in a week I’ll be 100% presentable.

I was recommended by a close freind who has had multiple surgeries by Dr ali.. I loved her results and she told me how good he was and he's team. From the initial contact with Dr ali and he's team they were super helpful and professional . As soon as I arrived in Istanbul from the UK I was met by the lovely gizem and a driver in a vip car which was lovely.. the hotel which was included in the package was lovely and breakfast included. When I had the consultation with Dr ali he was very humble kind felt like he really listened to me and understood my end goal result .. he is a really sweet man who really cares about he's patients. The team who works with Dr ali are all lovely. Gizem selin and dallam were all fantastic and so caring and helpful.. post op I was very well looked after in the hospital and then at the hotel where I was checked on everyday by nurses (change dressing) etc. I felt at ease and comfortable the whole time I was there. What can I say about Dr Ali and his team!!! Where do even start. I’ve just returned from İnstanbul and know it well because I’ve been going out there for tooth implants. I researched for years to find a Dr who specialised in the face. I scrolled all the usual review forums, instagram etc. however i had to go out to have abdominal surgery to fix the damage done to me by UK NHS from a defective mesh implant which ruined my health and body. So I paid privately and found a surgeon in Istanbul too who used the best facilities including Acibadem hospital and Antwell suites recovery hotel which has its own infirmary and spa. So while I was there after spending years trying to find a Dr for my face I met a few of Dt Ali Cetinkaya’s patients. They were singing his praises telling me how talented he is and that he prioritises safety and care and that unlike my last surgeon they saw him regularly and he had his own permanent nursing staff who are totally dedicated and are always on call at the infirmary. So this was something I’d never encountered in all my 10 years of having private surgery. A Dr who prioritised his patients over money. For instance unlike other surgeons he only dues one surgery per day. A lot of surgeons squeeze in two surgeries which is nuts given that these surgeries take up to 5/6 hrs. I literally thought this was fate.. and immediately contacted them when I returned home. Knowing that Dr Ali also uses the best facilities, because Antwell is exceptional for recovery. I was on my own both times and everyone there are patients from all over the world so it’s all geared up for patients who end up becoming friends. So yes within a few weeks I had a FaceTime chat with Dr Ali. I already knew I wanted him but I was doubly convinced after our consultation. Unfortunately at that time he didn’t do visits to london but he is going to change that and is planning to have open days. That didn’t even matter for me because I knew I’d made the right choice. He’s a lovely caring fluent English speaking aesthetic genius as far as I’m concerned. So when I arrived I met the whole team, Damla,Selin are his full time nurses and Gizem is the coordinator. Unlike most ppl I have a lot to compare my experience with as I’ve had 3 cosmetic surgeries including one in UK and 7 other ops. So when I tell you this service is top tier first rate I am speaking from experience. I had 2 nights in the hospital with private nurses then I was taken to Dr Ali’s extremely smart clinic ( even for Knightsbridge London standards!) there I had the latest technology Co2 lazer treatment and asked for him to do extra work on my TT scar and chest. Face is included in the price. Being a 30 year smoker co2 was essential for me and my skin looks 25 again. It’s quite astonishing! So I’m a 52 year old who had deep plane face and neck, temporal lift. Lip lift and nose tip. They had me booked in to stay 12 nights that’s the other difference I was sent home totally unprepared and far too early last time after my TT. Dt Ali may be a little more expensive but that’s because he spends more and he’s the best and you don’t want to take any chances with your face. All meds are included. I had a few issues with my neck swelling up, Selin drained it 3 times which was a massive relief and had me on I’ve steroids. So pretty much they are there for you every step of the way if anything needs doing. I literally love this team and Dr Ali is a wonderful soul and so talented. I’m so pleased I went with a younger surgeon because he’s using cutting edge technology, he encourages to do hyperbaric oxygen chamber and he’s so committed and hardworking it’s crazy. He works 7 days a week. I think he will be considered the best surgeon in Turkey one day and be famous. He has attracted patients from all over the world. The cost in UK and US would be 45 times the cost. I will never go anywhere else for work. He does bodies too did I mention that? I am going back in a few months for more treatment and I need to finish dental work too. Istanbul are lovely ppl. I felt much safer touring around the grand bazaar on the Wirope side than in London. All in all the best possible experience if I could give Dr Ali and his team 6 stars I would and I will be dropping him to see him when he comes to London. When swelling goes down I will post before and after photos but too swollen at the moment. GO WITH DR ALI YOU WILL NOT REGRET!

From start to finish this was the most wonderful experience. I travelled to Istanbul on my own and from the moment I was met at the airport... I never had moments worry. Dr Ali and his team are exemplary, could not have asked for a better surgeon, support staff or care. I chose Dr Ali after our first online consultation and his professionalism immediately put me at ease. I would recommended you make your appointments and deal directly with their office and not a third party. As I leave Istanbul I have nothing but high praise, and sense that I will return for smaller procedures within 12 months. My results speak for themselves and I couldn't be happier. As an aside I would highly recommend Hyperbaric O2 Therapy (HBOT) to compliment any surgery you choose, definitely helps the healing move faster.

I found Dr. Ali Çetinkaya website while searching the internet and was impressed by the content. I contacted the whatsapp number on the website and a lady called Ecem replied and then she explained about the procedure and everything related to preparation, payment, conditions, recovery, etc to me.

After some negotiations, we agreed on a price for the mini facelift (which was £3500), and she asked me to pay £200 as a deposit. she said that the hospital requires pre-payment to close the surgery room and she would booked the surgery date after I pay the deposit. I paid the deposit three weeks before my arrival date in Turkey. and she proposed a date for the surgery after I paid the deposit and I shared with her her our hotel booking details in Turkey, which I paid in full for and told her that my family are travelling with me to Turkey.

she asked for additional £120 as a payment for a transfer services from and to the clinic (transfer from or to airport was not included in this cost as she insisted). and I agreed on paying this once in Turkey. she sent me the checklist for my surgery in Turkey on whatsapp ten days before my arrival.

I arrived in Turkey with my family, and sent her a text on whatsapp saying that I arrived and I am in the hotel. she replied by saying that since I did not reply to her latest texts on whatsapp "for more than 10 days", they cancelled my surgery and the price is increased by 20%!

it was like a slap on the face. we paid for the flight tickets, we paid for the hotel, and we paid the deposit that supposed to secure the surgery and we arrived in Turkey! anyway she said that she sent two texts on whatsapp (indeed, the first text was sent by her one week before my arrival, and the other text was sent four days before my arrival) and because I did not replied back; she canceled the surgery.

to start with I do not used whatsapp so often as I work full time, and while she was explaining about procedure, payment, and everything related to this medical trip, she never mentioned anything about these whatsapp texts that I am supposed to reply to quickly. More importantly, it was not even 10 days since she sent the whatsapp texts (one week maximum).

it is a scam and a very terrifying experience. she kept text me back proposing further reductions in the price increase but I could not trust them anymore and truly was scared that such unprofessional people with these bad morals may steal an organ from me.

I lost the deposit which till now I have no idea what it was for. I hope from the bottom of my heart that some authority in Turkey will take a notice about this illegal behaviour and bring them to justice.

for those who are reading this, please please stay away from this doctor and his scammers. they are a gang not a medical team.

I have had 20 plus cosmetic surgeries around the world - and this was my first facial surgery in Turkey. Whenever choosing to do something like a surgery abroad it comes with some extra doubts etc. But quickly after meeting Dr. Çetinkaya and his wonderful team I was not only convinced but extremely calm and safe with the plan we carefully planned for me and went through many times prior to the surgery (Deep plane face/neck lift). I was taken care of in a way that I have never experienced before with any other clinic anywhere in the world. I was amazed that the surgical nurse who was present during the operation, even stayed with me overnight at the hospital to make sure I was ok the whole time. This felt so safe, professional and you really don’t have to worry about anything other than healing and getting back on your feet ☺️. The whole setup with Antwell hotel (where you will be accommodated) is something I have never seen before either. There is an infirmary in lobby floor and the nurses and doctor will see you twice a day at least for the first 5 days to make sure everything is going well with the healing, and there is a general staff 24 hours anyway should anything occur. I am so happy I chose to have my facelift with Dr. Cetinkaya because he has an incredible knowledge in the field for facelifts (and many other procedures) I really felt that from our talks and now also from the amazing result that I can see taking form. I have found a place to stick with so whenever I need something else, I will definitely come back.
