I just sold my artwork on Draint

I just sold my artwork on Draint. The customer received it and it was picked up by UPS at my door. Unfortunately I didn’t hear them the first time so Draint managed to get me a second pick up try. The customer service was okay. I sent my emails to hello draint.art first but then figured out that was the wrong email after I didn’t get any replies, so this was rather my fault. They were nice and helped me. The buyer is pleased with their new artwork and sent me pictures over instagram direct showing how it hangs in their living room. I was unsure first but I don’t regret trying out Draint. I will put up all my paintings for sale here in the future.

Unusable platform - beware

I received an offer on a painting but have been unable to actually send the painting or receive the money, their customer service is non existant. I have been trying for two weeks now to get a response from them.

There are no FAQs for artists on how to use their system and no clear description of how shipping is set up. I think that Draint is just an instagram platform pretending to be a gallery.

Edit: i contacted their support team 10 times before I got a response.

As soon as you confirm an offer, the collector has the option of placing your work in their shopping cart at the new price. If this does not happen, the offer expires.
