Do not use this company!!! If te price appears to be too good to be true then it seriously is. I have waited for 7 days to receive confirmation of a policy from this company. I have called numerous times and left messages, and have not received a phone call in response. I have just called once again to find out that the company are no longer taking on customers, even though I filled the paperwork!!! What a joke! I no have no cover for my drainage, boiler etc! DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS!

November I receive a DD mandate - how this can be set up when her bank account is long closed. Called them and was treated with appalling rudeness. You need to consider how you deal with bereaved people and ensure your records are up to date and kept in a professional manner.

Recently had a faulty interlock on my Hotpoint washing machine. Called Drain Protection UK and this was my first claim with them. They came out 2 hours after my call however I needed a new washing machine due to it being older than the engineer!
Currently waiting on a replacement. Hopefully will come before the new Year.
Cheap cover but waiting for paperwork...
As a new customer they seem to be much cheaper than my previous cover, however I signed up last Wednesday and am still waiting for my paperwork. For now I can use my email Policy paperwork but would nice to get my paperwork soon.

I have had multiple engineers come out and work on 4 different issues with the drainage system at my home within the last 3 months and every time they have come out the level of service has been exceptional.
The service was booked each time with a convenient day and time that suited me as I am generally busy day to day.
Anytime I needed an update they were on the other end of the phone with no Qs and hold music which that alone is music to my ears.

Boiler repair
Boiler packed up last week. Drain Protection UK sent an engineer and the heating was back on for the winter! Super reasonable monthly price. Truly couldn't ask for better service.
