Replacing GRATES & CHANNELS to front of drive
Ordered 5 x drainage galvanised steel grates for front of my driveway as my husbands car had caused damage to the present one.
Drainage Superstore were very competitively priced. Ordering from their website was very simple and quick.
Once received I was advised to change the channels as well (completely my fault for ordering too quickly) and not really suitable, I called them and they were very knowledgeable and gave excellent advice.
I used the ones I had first for the soak away in the back garden and re-ordered to include the channels. These arrived within 24hrs.
Fabulous service. I’ve no hesitation recommending this company for price and customer service.

Received it - eventually
Received my order - eventually. I ordered two drain covers last August, delivery estimate 3-5 working days. One cover was delivered ust over two weeks later, I had to chase up the other one, which turned up a few days later. On the positive side, I'd ordered what seemed to be the correct lifting keys, however DS's supplier spotted that they weren't the right ones and so DS contacted me to see if I wanted to change them to the correct ones, which I did. And the drain covers are just right, good quality, sturdy, and look good too. Thank you.

Disgraceful Company
Ordered 3 items, received 2 sent via different couriers without notification/tracking. Bad enough. The 3rd item has been lost, 8 days later still none the wiser. This is where the real issues began.
Their customer service is appalling. I have tried on 5 separate occasions to contact via live chat and once via phone, all live chat agents hung up on me and the phone agent was not helpful.
They seem very un-interested and keep fobbing me off with either they are busy or they need to speak to the courier. I have politely asked for a refund for the shipping and a replacement item but after 8 days I still have neither, they still have my money.
This amongst the worst service I have ever experienced, would not recommend at all.

They are quick to take your money but very slow and non responsive when you do not receive your items and then stop talking to you in the hope you go away. There phone just rings and nobody answers.

Terrible service
Terrible service, was looking to order item code SA2400 which only weighs 16kg at the price of £53.75 but they want to charge £50.00 for shipping! their customer service was not helpful and said the item is shipped on a pallet which is crazy for an item this light - I cannot recommend this company and will be taking my business elsewhere

I do apologise about the shipping charge on this item, however due the size of the item and the risk of it being damaged in transit our supplier will send this on a pallet to ensure its delivered in good condition which unfortunately costs more than a standard delivery charge.

Ordering process was really easy, however the goods did not arrive when scheduled, I received no communication at all, chased the company twice and eventually my order arrived 6 days late. I suspect the issue may have been more to do with the courier but unfortunately the buck stop with the sellers.
