Very slow

We got confirmed order on 27th April.
Delivery was supposed to be 2-3 days.
We received the package on 12th May.
Didn’t get any correspondence or update in between.

Where we get notified of any delays or stock issues we will also endeavor to notify our customers where possible to ensure they are aware and can make an appropriate decision on how to move forward based on their project needs.

I can see in this case we had chased updates with the supplier but had not been notified of any stock delays and therefore you had then not been notified.

Delivered the wrong type of decking…

Delivered the wrong type of decking boards. I ordered grooved and reeded and a local company delivered grooved and smooth. Therefore don't match with existing decking boards.

Just what I was looking for

Easy to use website, good price, just what I was looking for. Delivery a bit hit and miss but kept well informed. Very friendly driver passed over goods at front door

Your customer service was useless they…

Your customer service was useless they failed to return my emails and phone calls. Your sale s team were just as bad. I will never use you again. One star is too many.

Delay with no update

Ordered drainage materials from "Drainage superstore" late on 4th May (order DS-0343695) and by 9th May there was still no delivery.

This has delayed an active construction project and caused unnecessary disruption. I also paid £40 shipping, so I expected far better communication and fulfilment times.

The products themselves may well be fine, but reliability and delivery performance are just as important when people are depending on materials arriving for scheduled works.

Currently very disappointed and now seeking a partial refund/goodwill gesture due to the inconvenience caused.

Far from Super. Would not recommend.

I am so sorry about the lack of communication with regards to you receiving your order. It is very unusual that you have not had any delivery updates or email confirmations at all from us. I will make sure this is looked in to.

I can see your order was delivered on the 5th working day. I appreciate the lead time states 2 - 3 days for these items however all lead times are estimated as stated on our website and this can be due to reasons that are sometimes out of our control unfortunately.
