Poor packaging
Knocked a star off for very poor packaging. Box was open at one end and small items were loose inside the box, I was really surprised to find all items were present and correct, as they could have easily fallen out of the hole in the end of the box.

Selling a good range of products, available and delivered fast
Had the product I wanted, very few insulation stockists had it. Good price and the local delivery was a good option. Very well packed and delivered on time.

Items turned up on multiple deliveries at various times. Canceled part of the order as it was taking to long to arrive. I paid £250 for delivery. I would have expected it to arrive all together and within a couple of days from placing the order

We are a drop ship company and a lot of our items do get delivered directly from the manufacturer to our customers. The items on your order were on various different lead times and it does state this information in our transport policy. I am sorry if this was not clear to you upon placing your order.
I can see your items have been delivered and you have been refunded for the items that you cancelled.
