I notified drain doctor concerning a blocked drain. They ontacted me immediately and the guys turned up, cleared the drain, washed up the paths and left. Very good price, professional and got on with the job considering the rain. The only regret I have is I didn't get their names. I highly recommend drain doctor to any one.

Awful company. Extortionate prices to come out to tell me that the macerator pump was broken! £200 to tell me that and not even drain or remove the sewage that was there. Then proceeded to tell me to fix it I’d have to spend an additional £750 to get it fixed. I complained and all I received was a sorry. And they arrived 5 hours after I called even when they said they would be half an hour to arrive after my contact. Shocking. Do not use.

Flooding to Basement Cured Urgently

The Drainage Master operative answered my call quickly, attended the site urgently as requested (within two hours on a Monday evening) and both checked and cleaned out the drains promptly as required to resolve the flooding issue of concern to me.
