Absolute brilliant experience from “drag queens” agency AND Miss Lola Lemont
Absolute brilliant experience from start to finish.
I have never booked a drag artist before and called drag queen agency. They talked me through everything and made me feel so excited about the act. The price was also a LOT less than I expected. Very easy and simple process.
The drag (miss lola lemont) then got in touch with me directly and was on hand up until the event to help with any queries.
On the event (Sunday 3rd may) I cannot express how amazing she was. She has everyone up laughing, dancing, singing and just ensured everyone had the best night!! I honestly could not have asked for a better act.

Terrible experience - do not recommend
We booked for a hen do in June last year in Brighton. The drag queen never showed up and we have been refused a refund. We won in the small claims court and got a CCJ. Still not been paid. Would not recommend or trust this company.

This company is a complete SCAM.
Booked with Alex for my friends hen do, then ghosted me a couple days before. The drag act never showed and he won’t give a refund.
Don’t be fooled by positive reviews on here.
I have taken him to small claims and I hope no body else is a victim to his scamming.

This is a clear case of Platform Manipulation and Identity Fraud, which is a direct violation of Trustpilot’s User Terms.
False Statement of Fact: You have made several demonstrably false claims with the intent to cause 'Serious Harm' to this business under the UK Defamation Act 2013.
Fictitious Identity: You are using aliases to impersonate multiple customers.

Don’t book this company - scam
After paying the balance in full and receiving confirmation of the booking Alex then went silent and didnt respond to any enquiries. It came to the day of the event and he wasnt responding still. After multiple calls and off different numbers we got a response saying “ Acts cancelled I’m trying to find a replacement” he never did find a replacement and wont respond regarding refunds.
This is a scam and will ruin the evening.

We were SCAMMED by this company
We were SCAMMED by this company. They cancelled our drag queen with 24 hours notice but are refusing to refund our £200.
We booked a drag queen in Brighton, months in advance, for our friends hen do in June. They stopped responding to our multiple messages and calls to check details of the booking in the days before the event, we had to use a number unknown to them to get them to eventually answer our call. It wasn’t until the day before that they informed us they couldn’t provide a drag queen which was a huge disappointment with no apologies on their end. They have however refused to pay back the £200 we paid. All in all a horrible experience and a massive shame for our bride to be who had been looking forward to the event, with no time to schedule an act with a different company. Avoid at all costs.

To the Reviewer: Your claims are demonstrably false. Our agency operates on a Deposit-Only basis; we do not handle or process final payments to performers, as they are paid directly by the client. Therefore, your claim that we "didn't pay" or "promised cash" is a physical impossibility within our business model.
Legal Notice:
We are reporting this fraudulent claim to the relevant department within Trust Pilot Ref: AILIEBRENNAN-DAVIES/28Z today Friday 16th January 2026.
We are treating this as Trade Libel. We have notified our legal counsel to pursue a disclosure order for the IP and account details associated with this profile.
Under 2026 UK consumer law, commissioning or writing fake reviews is a criminal offence.
We are now providing our documented payment terms to Trustpilot’s Integrity Team to prove this review is a fabrication. We suggest you remove this post immediately before this matter escalates further through the CMA and civil courts.
