Delivering renewable energy products and services across the UK. We are product distributers for some of the industries leading manufacturers. These are solar fixings and fixing kits, Victron off grid equipment, Sunsynk inverters and household battery systems. We hold a wide range of solar cables, connectors, switches, fuses, and a range of off grid solar panels. We also manufacture our own solar street lighting and car park illumination systems for the UK.

Solar Fixing Kit
I am replacing my failed "inlay trays" with an "on roof frame". I could ring them and talk to somebody. They sorted out all my queries before sending the package out. The system is yet to be installed, but very happy to date.

A whopping £8.34 for the delivery of a few small fibre washers was daylight robbery. Instead of charging a percentage of the item cost price why can you not charge a price appropriate for the size and weight of the items?

Dear Mr Read, thank you for your note about delivery. Our company by using a next day delivery charge, ensure the items ordered are delivered and signed for. The service associated with your purchase, is based upon weights and sizes up to 1 kilo. As this determines the next day courier rate.
It was unfortunate that you only purchased 10 number fiber washers, weighing a couple of grams. So based upon this, we would be happy to issue a credit note to cover any future carriage charges on equipment you may require.
