Nice store; TERRIBLE Reward program management
The store front is clean and the staff is nice. But they lost my business after they failed to honor their rewards program. I spent months and over 1000$ saving up points for a specific reward, only to get cuckolded the following week when they made drastic changes to their requirements. If a book catches your eye or you just want to talk about manga with the staff then go ahead. But I can’t recommend becoming a frequent shopper; these people don’t deserve your loyalty.

Yes, you are correct that we made Changes to our rewards program system - this change was told well in advance and sent to everyone who signed up to the original FIVE STAR Model set up - or on our online website. We sent it out well over a Month in advance to announce the changes.
Now, we understand that your points are valuable - and when the incident happen it was brought to managements attention.
Yes, it was denied on the following reasons:
1. The points systems was changed and at the time was correct, however upon further investigation after your incident we found some discrepancies - we can accept that as a company for the lack of preparation and attention to detail.
However, you stated you no longer wanted us to contact you or do business so this information seem irrelevant after the fact.
2. You wanted to utilize your points on a discounted item - which in turn we do not allow since this has been our policy since we first started and do not allow stacking of Vouchers or points on discounted items.
We cannot stress this enough.
3. The new reward is actually better - if we had honored the item you even requested for, it was not allowed under the old reward system, we change the system to incorporate all items including actions figures such as Figma and Nendoriod.
We then only raised it slightly in order to accommodate for the price gaps. Your points are still intact.
As we appreciate such honesty and transparency this is the reason behind the denied attempt.
Now lets discus this loyalty part as a whole.

A reward system is not a money tracking system where you can hover it when you want to - it is meant for US to provide you a cool "Thank you for shopping with us"
It dose not equal: "this is demanded because you paid into this many times!"
Anything is subject to change and we could have not even put the point system in the first place.
It is a privilege and honor we provide, and is ALWAYS OPTIONAL to sign up.
Loyalty is based on actions, Not our systems!

Order got canceled. No reason why. Just canceled.
Only to edit because I can not reply to your reply. There was no 3 emails or any means of contacting me. I placed the order on 3/14/2022 at 11:33 am. Then received a “refund notification” email on 3/14/2022 at 11:39 just stating that my order had been refunded. No explanation just that it was refunded to me and canceled. I even contacted credit card company to see if it was on my end that something didn’t go through. If I could post the screenshots of the emails and timelines I would. Have a great day.

After our 3rd attempt to reach you, we canceled the order and applied our reason.
Now, we understand that this is not some type of excuse - but we canceled this order 2 weeks ago and did not get a phone call or email from you.

Excellent customer service
Our package was delayed due to damage in shipping so we were sent another one at no cost--the catch is that we were moving out of state and had ordered the package to arrive before we left--we never received the replacement! So the company kindly sent us a third and included a free gift along with the sticker we ordered. So happy with the service we got!! And the bumper sticker I ordered is cute and great quality.

We apologize that your order did not come out the time you wanted - we assure you that we followed the correct instructions that were provided to us at the time.
We followed our policies and shipping procedures which is a 24 - 48 hour hold time.
Then when you sent us the shipping correction- and we notice that what you ask for wasn't correct with what we had on file! We went out of our way to provide you a $76.95 USD Fed-Ex Priority Overnight shipping label, which would have meant that your item would have been naturally free of cost and the Mistake would have been on us regardless of what you placed as shipping.
Regardless of your event being ruined we tried our best to correct the issue. We provided you with the following options:
- A shipping label 100% paid by us for items that were less than what the cost of expense would justify the means.
- We responded back to you ALONG with the Owner within 24 Business hours and provided a solution to the issue.
- You denied the option and demanded a refund, which we provided, no questions asked, as we lost roughly more money than your complaint.
In the future, where ever you make your next purchase, Might we suggest doing the following things:
1. Make sure you purchase well in Advance (Don't Rush yourself)
2. Make sure you place the correct shipping (API technology normally don't mess shipping options up)
3. If a business offers you an out from your own mistake - you take it. Don't Assume it makes an Ass out of you and Me.
