Quick & reliable delivery

Worst delivery company ever, in the past they have lost, forgotten and missed deliveries. The send a message they will be there in an hour and dont show up for 4 hours or never. I left a delivery instruction to leve package in shelf and they leave it on the front stairs for all to see and lift. No sure if they cant read as we have left signs and they still ignore. wish Amazon would get better drivers.

Horrible. You guys were out for delivery, and all of a sudden, for some reason there's an unexpected delay due to an unforseen external factor? Like what? There are NO floods on my road. So what exactly is the freggin' problem?

Emails were clear, fast delivery, package was not damaged.

This company emails you and asks to fill in specific delivery information.
The delivery person didn’t read or ignored and left the package in a front door area that wasn’t locked and metres away from the public street. Despite instruction to leave in front of the apartment on the 1st floor they left it in the communal entrance where anyone could walk past and take it .
I WOULD NOT USE THIS SERVICE !!

Another bad experience, my driver did not show up on the day he was supposed to, lied about not being able to access the building, I was home all day, the pick up day was rescheduled and then it wasn't.
I just got off the phone with a rep who said the rescheduling was not processed.
Why does Amazon work with this company?

Worst transport i have ever seen!! Sending me an email that the package is on its way, i am waiting from this morning and its now allmost 22:00 in the evening!!! Next time use PostNL or DHL, never this again!!!

6 days passed after planned delivery date still no update, no package and no information on their webpage.

Probably worst company to deliver in the Netherlands, their customer service is unhelpful and they either lie with the status of the package or are as confused as they make their customers.
They deliver at super random late night hours and if delivery is unsuccessful and you want to use the site to see status it gives you errors, so you have to call. Calling you get flawed information, telling you there will be another attempt but in reality the package was already on the way back to the sender.
Complete chaos and no accountability or interest in delivering, so ironic for a business that delivers packages.

Everytime they disappoint greatly. This is the worst postal company of them all. If you can, stay away.

Punctuality

It's always the same thing with this courier! No accuracy whatsoever, with time of delivery and with handing the package over! So many times they've handed my package to neighbors! Where do I start to find my package? Left or right?! I literally don't know any of my neighbors by name! It would be helpful to even state which house number they've left the package! Oh but no! This courier doesn't give a flying care about that. And I have proof that they don't even ring the bell! If there's an option for me to choose which courier my orders would be delivered by, this courier company would never be one!
