incompetent delivery driver

If i could give 0 stars I would. Got a notification my delivery had arrived but it was for another address in the suburb. My son who works shifts went to deliver the parcel to the right address. He found a parcel there for the wrong address again. Three deliveries in the wrong places so far. On trying to return the next delivery he found wrong parcels there too. Now we are at 4. Either the driver is illiterate or incompetent.

My parcel still has not been located. Could be at any of the houses in my suburb. I rang the company and was advised to give them 24-48 hours to sort it out. Then i might need to ring the seller and get a replacement. That is not my job it is the delivery person/companies. OMG i am furious. now to lodge a complaint with Amazon.

TERRIBLE SERVICE

Driver phones, on 2nd ring I pick up (even though instructions are to use the buzzer). As soon as I pick up driver hangs up. Then I get an email that I wasnt home and my pickup cant be completed. 2nd time this has happened. I am unsure of how the service can be this poor and they are contracted by Amazon?

Fantastic experience as usual

Fantastic experience as usual. Dragonfly are always punctual and have great communication. I am always pleased when I find out they are delivering my parcel.

Amazon stop using them

This delivery company is absolutely useless. Amazon there tarnishing your brand!!!. This is the second time this company has failed to deliver my order from Amazon. How do you deliver to wrong address when proof of delivery photo shows correct address and items are delivered somewhere else

Chronically late, chronically lazy

I think going forward, I'm just canceling orders that use Dragonfly. Three orders now have not arrived on time. Drivers cannot follow instructions. Yesterday, package was supposed to be here by 5:20. Instructions were clear to drop off before 6:00 pm. I updated notes to say come back Sunday .The driver came at 6:30 when I wasn't home - our doors lock.

So then I get a notice saying the package is on the way again - it's Saturday, not Sunday. I was supposed to go out today. It was supposed to be here by 11:15 and well, it's not.

I'm so tired of this. Even Intelcom is better.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Never again

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, not reliable not quick delivery at all! We paid for express package and they could not deliver the package and it’s been 2weeks and still hasn’t come! We have called them every single day and give us no explanation as to why it’s not being delivered and packaged. Absolutely poor service, we leave for overseas in a day and still haven’t received our package!!!! The most worst experience
