They have lost my package and refuse to find out where it has gone, their delivery drivers are lazy and their customer support is bad.

We are very frustrated with the delivery service. We have received two out of the three notices for delivery attempts and we have been home both times. There is no contact number to call. As well, the second notice was stuck to the outside of the entrance to our condo. Very unprofessional and, I believe, lazy delivery attempts. Sue Thompson, Newmarket, ON

Hello, i would like to first up say that i would recommend highly to anyone, thinking about using a courier service as to they will send you notifications on when your parcel will arrive and that is a plus.There was this one mishap that didn.t go according to plan so i rang up Dragonfly and to my suprise they were most helpful regarding this one deliverly time and solved the issue in no time, other then that one time i have been most happy with all other deliveries.So thank you Dragonfly and keep up the good work.

We live in a house which makes things easier. We have had a number of deliveries from Amazon use the Dragonfly service. Boxes are in mint condition. The drivers have left in a safe place when we’re not home and have been really friendly when we are.

Another 10/10 experience with Dragonfly Courier. They are consistently efficient, and the delivery updates are excellent—detailed and spot on.
