Very fast delivery, expertly packed and plenty of delivery progress information given as well. They even included a gift of 2 small unusual dice in the packaging as well. Terrific, well done!

Great experience shopping with Dragon Cavern. The game I wanted was cheaper than anywhere else on the internet plus free delivery for spending over £30. Excellent customer service from Peter regarding an out of stock item that I was quickly refunded for. Arrived in perfect condition, well packaged and earlier than expected. Never have i been so impressed by a company that I've never had any interaction with. All I did was order a game from them from the other side of the UK and I had a letter signed from by the owners as well as some dice absolutely free. Whilst I cannot visit their store due to distance I have no doubt that anyone that can will not regret it. Absolutely excellent work from the staff and all the best to them!

I've ordered two orders off them now, making a total of 3 board games. In some cases they were the best prices which is what first brought them to my attention, however my second order was made because they are fast and make a real effort to ensure your boardgame comes in the best condition. Too other places I've and little dents in the box.

Found this store through boardgameprices.co.uk and figured I would give them a go.
Right from the first glance you can tell that this store has a little more personality than some of the bigger names, even though I ordered through a website I still felt like I had interacted with the staff as their enthusiasm and appreciation for the hobby is evident everywhere.
The item arrived well packaged with a couple of bonus dice my cat got to chase around, and a letter from the owners, real nice touch.
I will definately be buying from here again, and would love to visit the store on day

I was recommended Dragon Cavern by a price comparison site and didn't know what to expect. I am pleased to say that I received my order very quickly in good condition in the run up to Christmas. Impressed all round. Minor detail - the thank-you note included was signed in pen and had useful, recent information on it. Nice personal touch and I'm glad I didn't use a big online only retailer.

As consumers you’re often asked to support local businesses. Independent shops are very often much more expensive than the big boys.

That is not the case with Dragon Cavern. They are within pence of huge retailers. Sometimes better.

Have in stock some very hard to find games.

You can support them and also get yourself a bargain.

Used them for another order and they have gone absolutely above and beyond my expectations. Never experienced customer service as good as Dragons Cavern.

In 2020, Dragon Cavern have consistently been the best board game shop for friendly customer service. I have ordered from them three times this year, including one order with a mixture of in stock and pre-order items, one standard in-stock order and one that was entirely a pre-order. Each time they have kept me well informed about the status of the pre-orders and deliveries, and the parcels have arrived well-packaged and as promised. Their prices are also very competitive. Ordered 3 games for Christmas for my husband. Excellent service, they even called to double check we'd ordered the correct version of one of the games - and when my husband answered the phone they even tried to do that without any spoilers, guessing they were probably presents for him! Luckily they weren't a surprise anyway (hence me putting his number as he would be home for the delivery) but it was lovely of them to be so careful! The games arrived packed securely in a box with lots of packing paper, and even some free dice as a gift. There was a hand signed letter from them thanking us for our purchase and asking if we could possibly do a review, as they didn't like asking via automated emails. How could I refuse such a polite request? So yes, 5 stars for an excellent service, would definitely use again 😁
