It’s always a worry when deciding to take a chance on a new supplier, especially when the price looks to good to be true. After a few online checks I took the plunge and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made in a while.
Great communication and email updates from point of order.
Very shocked to receive my goods yesterday, just 24 hours of placing the order!! Fantastic service.
Also no need to have been worried about authenticity of moisturizer as it was in a manufacturers sealed box.
Highly recommend this company and would definitely use again.

Not a very private way to receive aesthetics
Very quick delivery which was much appreciated. Unfortunately, the delivered package had Dr Adams Aesthetics written all over it along with my name and address, which was a little embarrassing when taking receipt of the package from the delivery company. Furthermore, the contents of the package were to be a surprise gift for my partner, but the surprise was ruined because she saw the package with the words Dr Adams Aesthetics written all over it, and so naturally she put two and two together. Aesthetic suppliers should realise that purchasers of such products, prefer to receive them in confidence and privately.

It's the first I've heard of someone buying aesthetics supplies as a gift, but we're flattered that you would choose us, and thank you for your custom.
Whilst I understand your concerns for this isolated requirement, you will notice the same even with the majority of our competitors; there will be branding of some kind on the boxes, and / or the return address will usually include the business name too.
With a lot of the products we deliver to our customers being business critical, we've had feedback that the branding is important because customers can quickly establish what is in the package, so they know to open it promptly to put to use. In summary, with the majority of our customers often receiving many orders per day, it's crucial that they can see which orders are from us, which is why by default it has the branding.
That being said, as you will see from the great 5 star reviews we receive on a regular basis from our loyal customers, our priority is customer satisfaction. In the very rare circumstances that a plain label outer box is required, you can reach out to us via WhatsApp chat on the website, via email, or by telephone to let us know in advance of placing your order, and we will go above and beyond to support with enquiries.
My recommendation when buying gifts from any company, unless there is mention of a gift service, is to always reach out to the company to ask if there is an option for plain label, or whether they have the ability to do so. A lot of businesses (us included), would love to go the extra mile to make the moment special for your partner.
