Awful.
They scammed me 89 pounds out if nowhere, no warning.
They won't reply to emails or their useless website chat.
Managed to argue for 60 pounds back. Not all the money they stole but hey.
I've reported them to fraud services and my bank and I suggest others do too.

Nasty thieves. When I managed to call, I have to argue for the 60 pounds back and was basically called stupid.

Deceptive company takes money off you for a licence replacement but you are unwillingly giving your information to a 3rd party who are probably going to sell your ID and make you a victim of identity fraud, they also take extra payments from you and when you confront them you get rude staff over the phone and on the online chat. They are nothing but con artists ! Avoid this scam organisation- reported to police and dvla who are investigating them

SCAM/AVOID would not even give 1 star but didnt have option for less. Went to renew my licence and this website came up as it looked like the same as a gov.uk website. Took £24 for licence then 3 payments of £89 contacted my bank to stop further payments.

I have now been told I have had my subscription cancelled. I also had a quick reply. Just not happy having to pay £24 for a licence when it's only £14 on the proper DVLA site.

Absolutely fuming, applied for my daughters provisional licence and was charged £34 then £89 subscription. Do not use this company!!

What an absolute joke and it is somehow legal to process unauthorised payments from people ! This needs to be reported to the Financial Ombusdman - absolute scam this is

Been scammed by these people. Utterly despicable operation. Thought I was buying a provisional licence for daughter. E mail was blocked when I tried to contact them. Utterly unbelievable. They are deliberately presenting themselves as a GOV website. Avoid and report.

My 17 year old daughter thought she was on the Gov.uk website and had paid for her provisional licence via this company. Within hours she had a query and decided to email them to get an immediate personal response on a Saturday evening. That’s a red flag. When I checked her emails I realised this wasn’t the correct route to apply. Thanks to trust pilot I read reviews and identified there was a 3 day free trial. We managed to unsubscribe after logging into their portal and finally found the page to so this. They don’t make it easy. Horrendous reviews of this service/company alerted me before my 17 year old was scammed of quarterly payments. Thank you to all that have left reviews!!

Like all the other people on this site. I went on it thinking it was a official government website. I ordered my driving licence thinking it was a government website.

No mention of a subscription. Next day £89 went out of my account.

I will not get this money back. These guys are crocks.

Visited GOV.UK to renew over-70s licence. Even though I use an adblocker a popup appeared for this company and even though I thought I had avoided triggering it I found myself charged £89 to renew £14 licence. Their pages look like Government pages. There is no warning except very small print at the bottom of the page. I had to cancel my bankcard to avoid £89 quarterly renewal. My bank refunded the money within 48 hours as a 'disputed purchase'. I have begun researching this company and method of business and will be communicating through relevant channels. I thought I was undertaking a simple procedure on a secure portal during an intensely busy week. If this process can fool me it can trap the vulnerable. Everyone needs to be so careful online. Other criticisms of this company can be found on the internet such as LinkedIn.

I thought I was simply making a change of address on DVLA and unknowingly signed up for a premium membership of £89 by this company. It appears I am not the only person caught out by this. I contacted their customer services online chat and asked them for a refund as I had mistakingly subscribed for their services and I was offered a £60 refund.

Absolutely disgusting scam website praying on inexperienced 17 year olds. Charged £44 for a £34 provisional license and £89 subscription fee. Apparently the subscription is taken quarterly if not cancelled. Not sure what you get for the subscription. Managed to get £60 refund but for something that wasn’t requested or used is disgraceful. This company needs to be investigated fully.

UPDATE 2 - 13.10.2023
1. This has been reported to Actin Fraud Alert (unauthorised & fraudulent use of Debit Card by Dr-Admin.co.uk (Application Online Ltd)(, Actin Fraud Alert have updates NFiB (National Fraud Intelligence Bureau).
2. Dr Admin have also refunded in full the paymetns taken.
Unless we report, the activity cannot be picked up the enforcement authorities.

However, you are freely able to access this by taking the the following steps:
1. Go to the gov 'dot' uk website welcome page.
2. Insert 'Companies House' in the search bar.
3. Click on the first result 'Companies House'.
4. Click on the first result 'Find Company Information'.
5. Click on 'Start Now' button.
6. Insert '12357601' in the search bar. (the company registration number for 'Applications Online Ltd', which is the parent company of the trading name of 'Dr Admin').
7. Click on the 'People' tab for all relevant public company information.

As I was planning, you will need this company information if you are intending to take civil action for a small money claim at the county court. Low cost & simple.

Thought I was going through Gov.uk to renew driving license. Ended up getting an email from Dr Admin - luckily card blocked by bank when Dr Admin tried to take an additional £89 out of my account for a supposed " 3 month " subscription service. Absolute disgusting operation. Complete bunch of scammers. I have submitted a report to action fraud and also been in contact with citizens advice who are now referring this to trading standards. Let's hope it saves some people from being scammed.

Used this website (unknowingly) expecting an official GOV.uk website, although they do have a scummy tactic of a 3 day trial before charging you upwards of £89. Total scam. AVOID.

After taking £44 from my account after ( unknowingly) applying for my sons provisional licence via this third party. ( NOTHING MENTIONED, regarding a trial period etc.. or I would have NEVER have used them.. I would have known straight away I had made an error. I learned that I had made an error when I received an email asking what disability my son gets.. and asking for a signature. I thought this was odd and went onto Trustpilot.. to say I was shocked was an understatement!! I immediately called Dr Admin.. and viewed my concerns.. over money being taken later on and I never signed up for a subscription. The advisor said I will takeyou off the subscription and you will get no further charges.. but now I have to finish my sons provisional licence off myself. I have to call DVLA... and sort it all out myself now.. then they can transfer the funds over to them. I'm sure DVLA will want to funds first. I want a refund.. so I can do the process so it doesn't delay things for my son. He is Autistic and will be highly upset at this. I'm so disappointed in myself for being mislead.

Update.. after calling DVLA they told me they couldn't find anything even started with my sons application.. and Dr Admin cannot forward on the funds onto DVLA like I was told by the advisor and i have to do more than send a picture and a signature. So now I have to pay again ! And go through the DVLA..

I called Dr Admin AGAIN and asked for a refund.. I explained what the DVLA said.. then they agreed to give me £34 of the £44 I paid back. The original advisor said the additional £10 was to fast track the passport.. when I asked foe that back as well.. I was told.. NO That's our fee.. ! I explained what the other advisor had said.. and she said no that's not correct. So contradictory information from 2 advisors.. this company needs investigating 🔎

Do not use it’s a scam thought I was using dvla as was on there website didn’t say anything about this dr admin then it charges u £89 for nothing I’m in touch with bank and fraud team and will be taking them to court as they do not answer the phone

Absolute SCAM. They charge the initial £34 for a provisional and then try to charge you £89 for a subscription 3 days after your ‘free trial’ ends. I called my bank up and no more money can come out my bank. Also emailed and cancelled my subscription. I have no clue if my license will even actually come. Only go through the gov.uk website

Also got caught by this disgraceful, scamming company. My 17yr old went on their site by mistake thinking it was the official DVLA site. Fortunately my bank noticed the £89 transaction and blocked my card. However we did pay £34 and now have to go on the official site to get the provisional license. DO NOT USE THEM.

Total scammer, they have scammed my 16 year old. He applied through the Dvla website for his provisional license, thought he had paid the DVLA and somehow now £89 was taken out today. He doesn't even have a job and they've signed him up to pay £89 quarterly. The bank has been informed and the Police will be next. Hopefully this company will be investigated by the police and government. Will also be contacting my MP and take it further.
