Nice table top finish
I like the quality of the product and the built for sit-stand workspace. I like that we have a variety of combinations to choose from. I personally like the walnut table top with black bottom.

Unclear assembly instructions
The assembly instructions are unclear and it takes a lot of time to figure out which screw to use. The process should be simplified, similar to how IKEA designs its instructions. Otherwise the desk is ok

Good quality stuff
Good quality stuff, worth its cost and is straightforward to assemble, and well... it does it's thing as expected.
There's this one minor thing I experienced that the assembly instructions were not clear - there was a situation where the manual said I have 4 of (whichever) screws, but in reality it only was 2 - but on the drawing it was also supposed to be just the two, so... I guess it's merely a typo. The product itself is flawless.

Quickly manufactured. High quality. Durable. Easy to assemble. Mechanical crank makes you exercise. Great choice of colours and materials. Only thing I didn’t like was the expensive and inflexible delivery but I don’t blame the manufacturer for that.

Missing information caused mismatch
Missing information caused mismatch. I ordered a new table and cable tray at the same time. But they are not compatible. There is no compatibility information on the website and no reminder after ordering. When I contacted the service about it, the attitude is arrogant, stating "Product site does not tell, that it can be mounted directly to the frame, as the tray is only compatible for that with Pro4 frame. " How a custom can tell what kind of frame in the video without subtitles??? The reply insist to ask me to pay for the return even though it is not my fault. Very disappoint with the attitude and solution!!!

Shipped after 4 days instead of within 24 hours.
The website said the chair I ordered will be shipped within 24 hours. I needed one quick so I went ahead with it. It was actually shipped after 4 days and received it at around 21:00 on the 5th day.
