ZERO Customer Service So Far
I have an issue with the shipping address for a large order I placed four days ago. I have now reached out through every available channel and, while I have received a response from your social media team (thank you!!) I still have not heard back from anyone in customer service. To be clear, I’ve sent two emails, two chat messages, three text messages, and multiple direct messages/posts to dpHUE’s social media accounts. Out of desperation, I’ve even resorted to commenting on LinkedIn posts by the CEO.
It’s also concerning that:
- No customer service phone number appears to exist for dpHUE.
- The corporate office address listed online appears to be residential and shared with a foundation tied to the CEO. When I called the number tied to that listing, I was directed to the voicemail of Jeff Burnett but cut off before I could finish.
None of this should have been necessary if the published customer service channels were functioning:
- The “live chat” is not actually live.
- Email auto-replies state service hours of 8:30am–6pm ET, Monday–Friday, but I have reached out multiple times during those hours with no reply.
- Those same messages promise a 24-hour response time, yet it has now been four days without a response.
As a loyal customer, this lack of transparency and inability to reach a human being is extremely disheartening. At a minimum, dpHUE should provide a reliable way to address urgent order and account issues.
