several times dpd have said that there was no reply when they tried to deliver. this is false. i am housebound due to disability, and the driver did not attempt to ring my doorbell. the package was left at a shop for collection, which cost £12 for a cab to collect. when i contacted dpd office, they were very unhelpful

If I could give a 0 rating I would! They are horrible to work with, do not order from them! They don't stand behind their poor quality work and will not refund your money! I ordered two dresses that were poorly made, basically falling apart and when I questioned it and wanted to send them back they told me they could give me a few dollars and then I could take it to someone else to be fixed?? I've spent several months now trying to get this settled and still nothing. Stay far away from this company they are crooks!! Say no to dpdress.com

I ordered a dress for my nieces wedding on May 7th and the initial order and payment receipt stated delivery was approximately June 7th.
After the initial receipt of payment there was no communication with me to give me any type of status on the progress of the dress. On June 5 I got an email telling me that my dress was almost done but they wanted to make it "more beautiful" and they wanted to know for when did I need the dress. I told them I needed it for June 10th and then they said that they would finish it and ship it the next day. Last night the 8th of June I got a very strange text from an international number asking me if I had ordered the dress with a picture of the dress I ordered. I replied yes, then they stated it was DPDRESS that they had just been informed that my dress had been "lost" if they could have an extra 3 days to re do my dress. I said no thank you just refund me my money. They texted saying they would have to refund my money in full. I texted back to accept the refund but no other communication has happened and as of now I still don't have any refund. I truly believe that my dress was never even started. They were just trying to get more time and God knows if they were ever going to create and deliver my dress. I would highly suggest to not even take a look at the dresses in this site. This is a totally unprofessional and irresponsible company.

Very,very dissatisfied with this company.
I order my size. They sent me the wrong size. 3 sizes too small.
I've tried to contact them with no response back yet.
It has been over a week.
My son wedding is fastly approaching, and I have just given away $ 155.00
I will never order from them again.

Wonderful customer service. Very nice. Recieved my dress a day earlier and I am very satisfied with how it has turned out! Will be coming back and shopping again.

I asked that modifications be made to the dress I wanted to order and the company agreed. When I received the dress, they had not made the changes I requested. When I emailed the company, they did not reply for several days. When they did reply, they refused to provide a refund. When I reminded them about their return policy, they offered a 5% refund. I have been going back and forth for days with them. It's absolutely ridiculous. Do not order from this company!! The quality of the dress was poor too. There were a couple of dirt smudges on the dress.

The dress I viewed on the website I ordered in a different colour, the colour is vibrant and the quality was better than expected although it does not fit me the way in wanted it is an easy fix getting it hemmed and taken in at the right spots. I always hear horror stories about dresses coming from China that are not even close to the picture but this was surprising and worked out well and served justice to the image with sparing a few minor details. Overall I'm pleased with my dress.

Went into this very skeptidal and did research for a couple of weeks. I measured 3 or 4 times, which was very helpful. I would suggest doing that as well as adding an extra inch or two, better to have a dress fit bigger than smaller. I requested that they add in a corset, and they did (looks beautiful) and I also asked for larger sleeves, with the circumference of my biceps, so that the sleeves would fit correctly, and they do fit, although they are just a tad tight. Overall, I love it! 9/10

I really like my dress!! The measurements made the dress fit like a glove! I made special requests to the dress and when the tailors couldn't honor some of my requests they reached out to me. Thank you for making me feel beautiful and sexy! It's a quality dress and it doesn't look any different than the $5k dresses you see on the boutiques!

I did chat with support about sizing and their response was helpful to me, the reason I gave four stars instead of five was because when I did try to chat with support and it was nearly 12 hours before they responded to me. Also the hair piece I ordered was replaced with a different style, its still lovely but not what I ordered, possibly the other was no longer available so they just replaced it with another style? But I would have liked to be informed about that if that was in fact the case.
Overall good products for an affordable price. I'm very happy and would recommend!

I payed rush order and got my dress in 3 weeks and 6 days. Dress fits a lil bit big but i can have it altered. I was worried about getting my dress late but every time i emailed them, they responded within few hours and assured me i will recieve my dress on time.

Dress is beautiful and fits perfect . Ready for my wedding!!

I absolutely love my dress! It's as beautiful as the pictures and fits me perfectly. The material is exactly what I expected and I'm so happy because it was such a good price, and it looks like its worth so much more than I paid!
