I recently took out a Platinum Care Plan and I am impressed with it. The service is prompt and efficient. Today I contacted Danny about a problem with our bathroom toilet and it was sorted this afternoon by the engineer, Dan. I couldn't ask for better service. Thank you.

I contacted DPB Plumbing to arrange for a service for my gas fire. Danny arrived promptly he was professional friendly and reasonably priced. When he finished my fire looked brand new, I would highly recommend DPB Plumbing to anyone Hughie Carroll.

Ian was a great boilerman! He was late for the appointment, but explained fully and I was forewarned of this. He managed to fix the boiler at a decent price and I was grateful for his good humour during the visit! And for the working heating afterwards!!

Great company, friendly, efficient, punctual and good attitude, the technician had to make a return trip as he could not gain access to the inside of the boiler as the outer cabinet had been badly fitted,

He returned a few days later and completed the service.

Had new radiators installed as existing ones very old. Not an easy job as required having to chase out a solid concrete floor and reroute piping to fit new radiator sizes. The DPB team were exemplary in completing the job on time, leaving everything clean and tidy and all rubbish etc taken away. And the new radiators look fantastic! I have no hesitation in recommending DPB Plumbing as we will definitely use them again in the future.

I contacted Dan on a Sunday evening regarding a boiler issue resulting in no hot water for my tenant. He sent an engineer the next working day who had the issue fixed in no time! I was extremely pleased with the service given and wouldn’t hesitate to contact him again if needed.

Dan was on time and fixed my problem in no time. He is very polite and comfortable to be around and i would recommend him and the company.

Installed new shower and a new outside pipe to fix leak. All done to a high standard, on time and in a professional manner.

Called out dpd for an emergency on Saturday tea time water tank leaking. Ian arrived quickly was efficient friendly and quickly sorted the problem for the weekend.
