Ordered in February and email over 15 times to tell them I never received my order. Got one reply to confirm my address. Had used them in the past with no problems.

I tried the hhc flower bubba kush I was surprised it made me feel quite stoned and the price is great much cheaper than thca/thc flower I didn't get a tracking number though so that's rather annoying

Yeah these guys are garbage. Normally order from moonbarguy cus im in Northern Ireland and he stopped shipping here. gave these guy a try and never came so they basically scammed me of £45. If you don’t wanna get scammed then don’t use them. Simple as

I dont know what the other views are on about. As an ex weed smoker I find all there products great. Ive been buying twice a week for over a year and rarely issues.
There are noticeable differences between strains and products.
Only complaints are, if they are out of stock they send you something different but in the bag description you ordered and not telling you hoping you dont notice.
And pictures look nothing like the product.

7 emails later.. no response.. order not correc, broken units.. no response.. do not use

Customer service is a joke. Broken units, late deliveries and no customer care. That's are better choices.

My order was lost in the post, after several email exchanges they failed to send another order as they said they would. I have asked for a refund now but it seems my emails are being ignored. They do not value good customers. I will not be buying from this scam outfit again

Order made on 27th Feb they sent message in the 01.03.26 saying despatched through royal mail. However no tracking & no response after email sent to them asking where thr order was, on website thrh are advertising good communication etc but no response at all, eventually order arrived today but I'm not sure I would order or recommend dozecbd to anyone rlse

I got worried reading these reviews! but my order did come, the only issue was, i never got a tracking email it just appeared, but superior quality hhc products, tried there hash and flower it was very strong!

Made an order of vape pen. Received wrong pens and flavours. Sent numerous email. Only received a response asking for order number. Sent numerous replies. I am yet to receive a response. I would suggest to stay away as if you got a problem they will avoid answering to you.

Ordered the 14g bundle, The Runtz and Amnesia HHC flower smelled, tasted and looked great, yet both strains barely gave me a buzz(even after increasing dosage) I went back to the Platinum Orange and that got me ripped at a lower dosage, even though it’s advertised as 19% yet the Runtz is 40%? Clearly this is a final product issue, not my tolerance? HHC is unregulated so you may not get the consistency of the potency advertised. Bit disappointing.

Had 1st few orders go smoothly then got a batch of platinum orange full of seeds and anais promised to send me a replacement 14g an 7g of orange caramel u received absolutely nothing and am now being ignored I've emailed everyday n got no response u shouldn't ignore a customer nevermind promise them products and not send them I really loved there stuff till this issue

. 1st order received was different to what I placed .. and the hhc platinum orange is nasty as hell possibly dangerously wrong ... I do not trust the quality of the hhc ... ive done a lot of drugs and the hhc here is nasty as hell

What arrived is nothing like described. No smell, dead, old and crispy brown.

I was sceptical ordering after seeing some of the recent reviews, but can safely say I am beyond happy with my order.

I ordered some of the fat banana, and when it arrived I was rather disappointed. I spoke to dozens and he sent me out some different flower free of charge. Brilliant customer service. Brilliant product. Will definitely be purchasing again.

It’s been 2-3 months since my Oder.

Nothing was received for a month and a half.

After sending a total of 7 emails they eventually got back to me saying they will refund.

Well it’s been a month and a half since they said they would refund and you guessed it. No refund still.

They can keep the money really, at this point it’s more important to me to let others know this company is a scam.

When you open trust pilot it even says ‘this company is displaying reviews in a deceptive way’

I ordered and got a message saying would be delivered in 4 weeks still did not turn up so I got a full refund to my surprise 2 weeks later my full order turned up for free £74.00 of various orders wow how kind of Doze cbd would always use doze cbd i have 100 percent trust in this company and will always recommend to all my freinds thank you so much Doze cbd for my free order and I will be placing another order soon best regards a very happy customer 🙂🙃🙂

I placed my order and yes... It took a month to arrive. But after their explication through customer service I was sympathetic to the situation, gave them the benefit on the doubt, it worked in my favour.

I get it, the situation they had hasn't been ideal, but was likely worse for them, let's be real, my order was heavily compensated, which I was also told it would be, the after their product was returned, I receieved it, very good quality buds, some weighing in at 2g+ each, well cured, flavour is spot on.

Don't let the recent string of reviews set you off, it's worth the order, especially now there's no issues with stock. Customer service needs a special shout out. To those claiming they've had no reply, seems odd since this log alone (nevermind my previous 10+ orders total before this) I have over 70 emails between us keeping me updated, offering ways to help and other options. Anais, you're great at your job 👍

I have been a customer for years without issue, but on 27/06 I placed a £90 order that I never received. They haven't responded to any of my emails or online chat messages.

Customer service is totally non-existent and buying from them is a gamble that I can't afford in future.
