I don’t want to mislead anyone but I have had the most amazing experience with this grounding mattress pad. I’m sleeping longer and more peaceful. I track my sleep with my Oura Ring, and before starting this I had never scored above a 90 for sleep. The first three nights I was above 90, and I assumed it was just a fluke. I have experienced a calmer more balanced sleep routine and restful environment. I've been using my grounding mattress cover and pillow case for a month now. I have been using my Down to Ground mat…
I have been using my Down to Ground mat for almost a month now and have been sleeping 8 hours a night without waking up in the middle. Feeling rested when I wake in the morning. Would definitely recommend trying this mat if you struggle sleeping.

Bought the grounding shoes and upon receiving them I had some questions about testing them to verify if they were actually grounding. Customer service was very prompt and helpful in answering all my questions.
I tested them with a multimeter and verified that they do ground very well.

I originally got a grounding sheet from…
I originally got a grounding sheet from a different company as I heard it helped with inflammation and my next step for my bad knee is replacement. I have yet to have knee surgery after a year and I’m actually able to take the short set of stairs at work. I switched to the grounding mat after reading about how frequent washing can wear down the grounding sheet and I probably washed it more than I should’ve because I’m in menopause and tend to sweat a little more at night and like clean sheets. Now I can wash my sheets as often as I want, and I just wipe down the grounding mat with a soft cloth. I was worried at it causing extra heat, but it does not. It’s thin with tiny holes and very breathable and I still feel my cooling mattress through it. It fits very well on my queen size bed and in fact, my grandma who got a grounding sheet at my urging is now wanting to switch to the mat as well. I honestly wished I knew about the mat first. It would’ve saved me some money, but i am glad I found it, I love it and recommend it to all my friends.

Sleeping better & pain free.
My husband & I sleep alot better. I have an autoimmune disease, I was in alot of pain. I don't like taking medicine. So the pain was becoming unbearable til I found grounding sheets . The sheets worked soo well ,we got a mattress cover to go with the sheets & pillow cases. I even use a twin size fitted sheet as a top sheet. I need the extra grounding because of the extra pain.

Well I would actually leave a
ZERO STAR rating but that is not possible.
I purchased a grounding sheet from DOWN TO GROUND, in hopes that I would get some relief but unfortunately it did not work for me. Which was a let down but I was hopeful the return process, wasn’t going to take long.
They got back to me and suggested a I try a bunch of things but I was already doing them because I had read all the instructions before plugging it in.
I did everything that they suggested, I wore cotton pj shorts, cotton t-shirt. I used a cotton fitted sheet. My socket was grounded.
I used it for like that for a couple days and it didn’t work so I moved the grounding sheet on top of my fitted sheet because I so badly wanted it work. But once again it didn’t not work. So I asked for a refund because I am suppose to have 30 days for money back. I am well within that time limit. I contacted them and I was asked if I used the product, I said yes, how would I know if it worked or not, if I didn’t try it? That’s when I was
Informed that if it has been used, it cannot be returned🤯
I have never heard a company that won’t give you a refund because the product doesn’t work!!!

Down to Ground sheet seems to be well made
Down to Ground sheet seems to be well made. I have nothing to compare it to but it stays in place with elastic straps. I didn’t tell my husband that I put it on our bed and after a week he said that his back was finally feeling better. He had back surgery 3 years ago. I had a severely bruised arm and it healed in record time. Coincidence?
My only complaint is that I feel pulsing on the side that the plug is on but not on my side so how can I know it is actually working throughout the entire sheet?

The pulsing sensation is a sign that the sheet is properly connected to ground. The conductive material runs throughout the entire sheet, so once it is plugged in, the whole sheet is grounded, not just the side near the plug.
Some people are more sensitive and may feel a slight pulsing or tingling, while others feel nothing at all. Both experiences are normal.
