Love the product thankful for a solution
Think twice!!!!! I purchased my mat about 4 months ago. It worked great and I saw pretty quick results in how I slept and felt in the morning. This was a biohack that I felt good about. After a couple of weeks of not having the same results I felt I needed to test my mat. Sure enough I found that it was no longer working (I used a legit mat tester from amazon I paid 17.00 for). After contacting the companies customer care department I thought for sure that they would replace the item since again it only worked for several months. Well I was mistaken. They were extremely nice about the situation however would only offer me a 20% refund...no product replacement, which led me to my credit card company. I called them and explained the situation and they submitted the refund request immediately. The banking rep was very confident in letting me know that the refund would be approved as I had email confirmation of trying to work out the situation with the company and photos of the testing showing that it no longer worked. Pro tip credit card companies provide amazing third party support and extended warranties. Again Think twice, there are plenty of grounding companies out there and this one certainly does not stand by their product or customers!!!!!
******Update they are now offering me 60% refund which seems ludacris! With cost of goods being a break even point you would think it would be financially better for the company at this point to just swap my mat....which is all I really wanted to start with.
****Additional update the company has decided to send me a replacement mat. I do love the mat and am thankful we found a solution to the defective product.

Rotisserie Chicken
I have not had to go to the chiropractor or the acupuncturist since I started sleeping on my mattress pad about 3 weeks ago. I also do not turn like a rotisserie chicken at night. I sleep through the night in one spot.

It is a good quality product and customer service is amazing. The only thing is that it didn’t work for us. We had a lot of pain Even after 5 weeks and we couldn’t return the product.

I love my shoes
I love my shoes. My feet are felling better than they have in a long time. There has been a side effect though and that is my body was positioning itself incorrectly with my old shoes and now it’s correcting itself but as a result my legs and hips have been sore. My new shoes are worth every bit of it. I can walk upstairs normally when I’m wearing them which I haven’t done in a very long time..

Bed grounding

The grounding sheet does do anything
The grounding sheet does do anything. I've slept on it now for over a month and have notice no difference in my sleep health or sleep patterns. (Smart watch monitors my sleep). If anything my sleep has gotten worse. My house didn't have the right plug-in outlets so I had to get the grounding rod. Extra 40 dollars. Then my husband starts telling me the mattress cover shocks him every time he gets near the plug-in port on the back of the cover. I emailed the company about this and it's been 3 weeks and all no response.

Grounding products work by creating a conductive connection to the earth through a properly grounded outlet or grounding rod. The idea is to allow the body to equalize with the Earth’s electrical potential when in contact with the conductive surface of the product. However, individual experiences can vary, and not everyone notices changes in sleep or comfort in the same way or within the same timeframe.
For restless legs and sleep quality in particular, results are not guaranteed and can be influenced by many personal and environmental factors, including stress, sleep habits, and overall health.
Regarding the sensation your husband mentioned near the connection point, that should not normally occur. We would recommend discontinuing use temporarily and having the setup checked to ensure everything is properly connected and the grounding rod is correctly installed and functioning.
We also apologise for the delay in response to your previous email. That is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we appreciate your patience.
If you’re open to it, we’d be happy to review your setup and troubleshoot this with you to ensure everything is working as intended.

Not claiming miracles here like some people seem to but I am definitely sleeping better and after about a month believe there is some improvement in pain from arthritis inflammation. Any improvement is welcome. Hopefully it will continue to improve over time

I used to wake up 3 & 4 times a night
I used to wake up 3 & 4 times a night, now it is only twice a night and I am going back to sleep much quicker. Due to travelling I haven’t had the chance to sleep on it for more than 2 weeks at a time, I am hoping that when we get back home this time I will get even better sleep, I do seem to have more energy and less aches and pains which is a bonus

Less pain, more energy.
I like to lay or sit on my mat. When I first start walking after I get up, I have so much less pain and way more energy than usual. I also have less stomach upset than I usually experience. I am excited about continued use and the possibilities of greater health.

I'll be honest I was a little dubious…
I'll be honest I was a little dubious when I realised it was coming from China. It was worth the wait, I have been struggling with neck pain, sciatica and generalised joint pains. Nothing has helped, physio was difficult. 2 weeks into using the grounding mattress cover and almost full range of motion is back in my neck, which has a knock on effect, as headaches have gone , honestly the best investment in myself that I could of ever made at this point in time. My son suffers ADHD related issues, my daughter also has some health issues and I have now ordered grounding mats for them to try... I feel confident , in a world where we are increasingly wearing amd surrounding ourselves with synthetic rubbish , it makes complete sense to be discharging our bodies. After receiving my Down to Ground mattress cover I have definitely been sleeping better. I do however find that the material it is made of is quite slippery and the old grounding sheet I have (which I’m sure doesn’t work any longer- from a different company ) tends to move during the night and bunch up which can be annoying.

Refund policy.
I requested a refund After using the grounding sheet for 2 nights and experiencing multiple negative symptoms with broken sleep throughout the night.
I was emailed saying that I could only receive a 20% refund as the sheet had been used.
I’ve only taken to trust pilot, as this is an expensive product that doesn’t state their refund policies clear enough.

Because grounding can affect individuals differently, some people may experience temporary adjustment responses during the first few nights of use. For this reason, we often recommend introducing the product gradually rather than using it overnight immediately.
Regarding refunds, our policy allows full refunds for unused items returned or products confirmed to be defective through testing. Since the sheet has already been used, we initially offered a 20% partial refund as a goodwill gesture in line with our policy. That said, we do want to find a fair resolution and are even happy to explore a higher refund amount if needed.
